Legends tickets only went on sale yesterday.

Not sure exactly how many it holds, but it should add a few hundred to the season ticket numbers.

Pardon my ignorance but can you select your own group of 12 ?

As far as I can make out you get 12 vouchers and can use up to 4 I think for any one game, so you could effectively use the vouchers you buy for others to go with (I think) & then you can trade them in on the day at the turnstile for a match ticket anywhere or pre swap for a certain block or seat if available to sit by STH friends. Again I'm not 100% sure as I have my ST but my mate who was getting a package this was his understanding.

There's a pretty big q outside the club shop today got season tickets. One line for tickets one for club shop works perfectly l

Except if you plan to buy both?

Will only be an issue as all the new stuff is out I guess though

Hopefully the attendances will be bumped up by a lot of package tickets on top of the season tickets.

You can use up to 5 vouchers per game.
Just hand them over at any cash turnstile and you're in!

Just been up there. Decent little shop. Lady said at current sales today and expected tomorrow they will exceed 6,000 and push for 7,000.

7000 would be tremendous!
I reckon you could add 2000 packages to that.

You can use them for any 12 games (or less if you give to friends of course)...if you want specific seats you have to phone up in the week and book them. That's the truth, the whole truth and nothing but......

If the shop stays really busy over the weekend, it'd be good to see the early bird offer extended for a few days longer.

Let's sell as many as possible!

While I don't disagree, there comes a point where you cry wolf with your 'this is the last chance, honest' approach (seen Black Sabbath's last ever gig three times as far as I can remember, won't be again!).

After all I've waited this long just because it's been extended, would love it to be extended again (Sunday not great to go up for me, don't fancy queueing, Tuesday would be a lovely day for me to sneak up when everyone's working ;) ) but I've only left it this late because, well... I can.

And each time I'm more likely to forget to go up!

All valid points.

However if (and it is a big if) people couldn't get their tickets in time because of the queues then firstly, it'd just seem a reasonable thing to give them a bit more time and secondly - and perhaps I'm getting carried away here - we do have a tendency as a fan base to have a bit of a herd nature. Once tickets for a game seem to be selling fast, we often get into a sort of virtuous spiral with demand appearing to feed on itself. Maybe this would also work for season tickets and the "feeding frenzy" might encourage a few waverers?

Excellent news if true/accurate.

If we did hit 7-8,000, has the club said this is an ideal amount to be competitive on the pitch or...?

My mate has been up there 2 hours now and still hasn't been served for his season ticket...either the shop is packed or the staff are useless as usual

The reported quote from lady was would reach 6k, but I hope it is 7-8k, and Dazzle is correct about people getting into a 'frenzy', but suspect a few going up are after the match packages too, as they are a great price, plus allow for those who know they will miss a few because of work, family commitments. If rumours about those sales are correct, it should give match day figures a healthy boost, as people have already committed and don't have to fork out on the day. Good news - and should help the atmosphere at the matches.

If the shop is packed as you say I think you're being unfair having a go at the staff. What are you expecting exactly? A member of staff and personal till for every single customer in the shop?

There were queues most of the day selling tickets and the merchandise looks good and was selling well, again, by the time I arrived, if you are small or extra fat then you are ok, most mediums and large all sold out in most training gear and kit, unless they didn't order many.
