No more than you. Actually scrub that. I didn't suggest that SISU lost the JR on purpose.

I hope you are more expert on this than the last few subjects you've engaged upon.

Even Dongle has had to escape from his padded cell to help you out. Word has it he even left his fully functioning life size Andy Thorn blow up doll behind to join forces with you.

I don't care if Sisu want to keep the council in court till the next millennium so long as it doesn't affect the club or the team.

Simon i fully agree with the sentiment of your article, however i do feel more detached from the situation than i did before,a couple of good signings will have us all cheered for the new season.

I'm more interested in the game on Saturday and the new season.

Sisu will get their bums smacked and we move on to whatever is next.

I think Simons clearly pleased with the scoop. Also with his picture of Joy on the turf.

Perhaps he can do a text in to raise money for the club. Go all The Sun on us. Who is the hottest - Anne or Joy.

I'd donate 20 to the cet Christmas party fund if that happened, 30 if the word smash is used :)

So.... you think isolating the club from the council is a good thing? You're....happy?... that we didn't get the Ricoh?

Of course it affects the club, it affects relationships with the fanbase, it distracts from what's important and it sours relations with a council that it would be quite good to have onside.

No he realises with wankers like the council we have we'd never had an opportunity to purchase the stadium.

You need to break away from the family indoctrination - it's not healthy you know.

Are you an expert Tony?

Suspect none of us are G.....so lets take an 'experts' view then.. Judge Hickinbottom. He:

Cleared the council of any wrong doing.
Stated that SISU had deliberately attempted to distress ACL in holding rent in an attempt to pick up a share in the firm on the cheap.

Pass the spade mate there's a good chap.....;)

Nice of the CET to do another Wasps fundraiser.

No doubt we'll see a CET inspired crowd funding project so all the seats can be changed from Sky Blue to Black and Yellow.

This Thread will turn into 68 pages of Sisu v Council,, no matter what the outcome Wednesday or whenever it is decided on, will not see the end of our club being dragged through another load of shit and bad press.. This does not help , this does not inspire fans to concentrate on the field, it just creates debate about who is wrong and right.. All involved have the blame to share and the simple fact is when this part of our history is all said and done,, not one party can say they have improved the club's standing at any point..

If this fails Sisu should be encouraged to get on with building a new stadium, selling the club or finding a rent agreement with the owners of the stadium that will allow the club to grow..

But another legal expert Judge Timothy Fisher said the judge was wrong;)

Don't disagree with the sentiment, I think it has all gone on for far too long now. Even if SISU were to win, I can't see what they could get from a settlement that would be helpful to CCFC as the Ricoh is long gone.

Best case scenario now is that SISU stop fucking about with all this legal shit, and get on with sorting us out a new home. Meanwhile the council stop being pricks and actually work with the club to help us identify land and make the process as smooth as possible.

I agree but both groups seem to be unable to work together, maybe it needs certain people removing which might make the process easier.

I didn't say that I was happy and I was talking from a financial standpoint. If the costs of the continued court action are going to be added to the club debt mountain then that's going to affect us. If Sisu want to pay for their legal campaign against the council themselves and the costs if they lose then I have less of an issue. There is zero trust and confidence as far as I can see between the council and Sisu a situation that is possibly outright hostility. I therefore don't think it's going to make much difference if we stop the legals now or when they've exhausted every avenue.

Probably the only way that things will get better is with new owners and a new council team. Sad but I suspect true.

Ah these court outings with SISU. Hoping to see some form of smoking gun, a good battering and also finding out what sandwich Simon Gilbert is having today.
