Rumour has it (15 Viewers)

Rumour has it ... Through a friend of a friend of a friend (good source). Steve Waggott has been in touch with Bigirimana/Newcastle and if all goes to plan he will be singing in loan this week.

Ahh, the old friend of a friend of a friend.

You've sold me completely and I am now off to get Bigi's name tattooed onto the back of my neck.

Someone on Twitter said that we were signing a youth loan from Liverpool this week. Someone who is currently on international duty.

We have heard this a few times and therefore scepticsism but does he even fit into this team?

I heard through a friend of my neighbours cat's, best friends' uncle's cousin twice removed that Steven Gerrard is coming to sign for us as well!

No, it would be signing him because he once played for us. I doubt many who would call for it had seen him play, just heard his name and seen his barbers.

Has Connor Thomas sold his house yet?

Been through all the Liverpool players who were on international duty this week and can find 3.

Jordon Ibe- England. Forward. 19

Joe Gomez - England. Full back on either side. 18

Jordan Rossiter - England. Midfielder. 18

If Phillips is out on long term illness (Pramititis), then Gomez might be a good shout.

Jordan Rossiter (born 24 March 1997) is an English footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liverpool. They have described him as an "authoritative central midifield presence" with "an extensive passing repertoire with either foot and an eye for goal.

He sounds good.

Isn't Gomez a Lb? And also hasn't he played in all of liverpools games this season?

Has he? Don't really follow Premier League at all.

These 3 are the only available Liverpool players who were on youth international duty this week, so if that rumour is true, it has to be one of these 3.

Joseph "Joe" Gomez (born 23 May 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays for Liverpool. Gomez prefers to play as a centre back but can also play as a full back on either side.

He began his career at Charlton Athletic, breaking into the first team at 17 and playing one full senior season before joining Liverpool in June 2015. Gomez has represented England up to under-21 level and played every minute of every game when England won the 2014 UEFA European U-17 Championship.

Great news & for the fact he's started every PL game for them so far?

Jordan Ibe spent part of last season at Derby and has been around Liverpool's first team this season, no chance of him coming here, very special young lad, if it's any of these it'll be Rossiter. However I can't see any of them coming.

Well no, this is just a rumour of course. If the rumour did prove to be true, then the 3 I listed are the only available (not on loan to anyone else) Liverpool youth players who were on international duty this week.

Therefore, if it were to be true it would have to be Rossiter like you say,

Good detective work, as I said I saw it on Twitter so I don't know how much credence can be put into it.

He's at Newcastle still isn't he?

Correct, however he has been told he can leave.

I would assume if he had a team lined up then his contact will be paid off - Swanson Scenario

But Bigi doesn't have a club...so how can he come on loan?

If there is one manager I would trust to turn around a career that has come to a standstill it would be Mowbray. Would be aa good move for Bigi.

I'm sure Rodgers has said Rossiter is not going put on loan and will be around the first team squad this year. But that might he because they were trying to offload Lucas.

forgetting its a rumour i would be happy to have bigi back. always looked like he had potential, looked good to me in central midfield. under mowbray he could shine in league one

Bigi would do well in this side, not sure where you'd put him in though. He wouldn't get in to either of the DM positions.
