We contacted him regarding the purchase of his 400+ shares/7% but didn't ever received a response. Chased him up several times.

Was cringeworthy at times. Ah I miss Len (Thursdays too!). I think we've been waiting since 2012 for a reply about his shares. However when I made contact requesting a quote for him to do a speech at an event I got a reply within a few minutes:
"...Leonard's fee for events is $15k + business class airfare, hotel, meals and ground transportation..."
We didn't appreciate how lucky we were to get all his wisdom on Twitter for free!
