I’m starting to think maybe I should try and go. Trains will be a rip off and I have to get home pretty quickly since I’ll be looking after the baby in the morning, but has anyone been to the previous events who can give me an idea of what the schedule is likely to be, roughly?

If it was remotely convenient for me to travel up I’d love to attend. I used to go to Coombe Abbey for school summer trips when I was a kid. Not been there in probably 30 years.

This. How much do you think it costs to put an event on, even at a cruddy hotel? It’s not cheap that’s for sure.

I don’t know how many it is as a proportion, but footyheadlines.com has published official photos of a large number of Championship and football league teams. It can’t be far off certainly.

I’m glad he’s admitted it was a prototype, something about it just felt... off. Maybe because the half/half split put the lighter pin stripes on the right hand side instead of the left, or maybe because the pin stripes aren’t the same width? Either way it’s just too close to the original but...
