JDS does have a role to play next season. For possession based games where we expect to dominate the ball, he’ll be useful. We know he’s poor defensively, as is his positioning, but he’s technically very good on the ball. He can play a part next season.

I’m a sucker for players who can pick a pass and are technically sound. That’s exactly what Torp is. He will have a big, big season this year. Sheaf Torp Stamenic Thats a ball playing midfield (albeit harsh on Eccles).

I really liked the look of Burroughs in the games he played the season before last. He was quick, confident on the ball and good physically too. The latter is quite different for a full back. I would be more than happy with him as back up RB next year. I think there is definite potential there.
