I'm still mentally drained from Sunday, really wasn't feeling the 4-hour round trip the last couple of days. Got my shit together though, by Christ they deserve my support after that comeback. A bit pointless trying to predict anything without knowing how many changes we'll make and how fatigue...

Managed to get out again today. 5k back under 25 mins, will start to push a bit more now. End of the season should mean I can be more regular with weekends an option.
