Does this lot look like they've received any coaching or clear tactical instructions ? Replacing the coaching staff would be a very good start but can't see it happening.

You've no idea what efforts were made to strengthen the midfield and Robins involvement in that . Might it be the case the midfielder he wanted fell through for some reason?
