    Maurice Setters R.I.P

Appreciate the clarification, think his love for Maurice clouded his memory as to the actual scoreline.

    Maurice Setters R.I.P

My late father always loved Maurice Setters. Often told a story about how MS scored the only goal at Highfield Road when the City played Man U in our first season in Div 1. From a corner MS ran from distance out jumped everyone and planted a header in the far corner. He then ran round the pitch...

    Paul Cook

Many years later I was lucky enough to work with someone who was a first team regular at this time (I won't name him as I do not feel it's a fair thing to do) and I was always curious to know how the wheels came off behind the scenes during the Sexton era. Initially he was very reluctant to even...

    Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine

It is totally off the wall logic, why the fuck would 'they' want to track everyone? Never understood that mindset.

    Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine

I have absolutely no issues with the vaccine and will have it at the first opportunity. To anyone not keen or has doubts then don't have it, simple as that really. The vaccine will give whats called the 'umbrella effect' in as much as once you are vaccinated not only can you not get it you...

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

The logistics are going to be huge. They will need a sterile area to administer the vaccine, then they will need to observe the person for 15 minutes after to make sure they don't have an adverse reaction. They will be looking for volunteers to help with the logistics of getting people in and...

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

Have just seen an article in the Guardian (unable to link) saying the Government are expecting GP clinics to administer 975 vaccines a week, working 12 hour shifts, seven days a week. Hope they plan and organise this better than the ongoing fiasco we know as Track and Trace.

Brian (shouty twat) Blessed. Just hate the fucking sound of his voice now. The Cinch advert (there are currently two) where the bloke in each advert is made to look a bit of a twat.

Crap tin openers!!!! Seem to get through one every six months, and considering I do not open that many cans it really pisses me off!!! As a kid I think we only ever had one tin opener, never broke, never needed replacing.

    Started to develop atheritis

Get your weight down as much as you can as this will help reduce the pain. The effects of gravity pulling down on any excess weight you are carrying will put more pressure through your joints, hence increased pain. Won't solve it but may help make the pain a bit more bearable.

    Nationalism

Had a lot of pressure at work to join a WhattsApp group 'so we could all keep in touch when we are not at work and keep each other upto date with developments'. Flatly refused and made it clear that my phone was not for anything other than personal use. The upper management were highly pissed...
