Probably talking about Canh chua? Vietnamese Sweet & Sour Soup (Canh Chua) - Cooking Therapy A sour sweet soup made from a stalk called an elephant ear? If so, yes, and extremely tasty. It's on my to do list for next week I think.

My hands suffered flashing hot oil spray but only hurt for a bit. Fish was lovely in taste and texture.

And it was quite tasty. I've only had rabbit once, at a restaurant years ago in a stew. Nobody puts it on the menu here.

See title. I just wanted to share as I've been well proud of myself and hoping by end of the year to have the confidence to cook for her mother. Cá hấp - steamed fish, we chose a golden pompano. It is steamed with long sliced green onion and ginger, with pâté spread on toasted bánh mì Chả...

    SBT predictions for 24/25

She did slave over that pork pie back in April for a special occassion, she hated all the work and labor.... I could mention that my mate wingy mentioned it's about time I'd had another, it's worth a try. I expect to be either fancying a top meal tonight, or sleeping on the couch.

Match Thread Were the Oxford goals Lucky or calamitous Defending ?

Aside from Oxford doing what they should have been doing in harassing and pressing the defenders into mistakes, I honestly thought both of Oxford's goals were really resulting from some sort of astrological/astronomical alignments that only occur once every one thousand years and also the Moon...

    Brilliantly imperfect, or perfectly brilliant

It was one of the most entertaining matches through and through that I'd seen in a long while. I'd happily watch us squeek by with 5-4 scoreline every other week. I hope MR ups tempo with more attacking aggression the entire game moving forward, given the new options added to an already...

    Cricket 2024

Windies vs South Africa second Test started today. Had on in the background during work. 17 wickets fell. I initially thought it was a strong start for the Islanders following the rain drenched first Test draw to limit SA to just 160 odd runs (amazing 60+ 10th wicket stand by the way), but...

Match Thread Coventry City - Oxford Utd - Match Thread - Friday 16th Aug 8pm KO

Oh, forgot to comment on match prediction. 0-0 draw, dodgy offside call against Simms or Wright. Or maybe a tidy 1-0 win courtesy of another Palmer worldy.

One of your lot was using rude language towards we humble Sky Blues fans, and disparaging our beloved city on an Oxfordshire themed Internet web forum. Will you kindly have a word with this gentleman, take away the beers if necessary, and report back your success? Safe travels if you are...
