    Possibility Of Another Relegation Battle

Admin is far from a forgone conclusion but even if it does happen we will not get sucked in.

Problems & thoughts/options for going forward

SISU were looking for a distressed club at that time and looked at Southampton, Derby, Villa (i think) before coming to Cov. The arrival of Ken at Cov was because they met him at Southampton - great judges of character!

    Ccfc film night

I know some geezers who spent £45 million putting together a pantomime in Cov - rectruited 11 professionals, lots of rehearsals, lots of tantrums, lots of publicity (much of it unwelcome) many hissy fits as you would expect from artistes, even a very public fallout with their landlord. The...

Who are the Sky Blue Trust

To become leader (which I am not by the way) or any post on the board only costs a £1. Then as a member you can be democratically elected to the post by your fellow members if they decide you are the best person for the role. Just read that and sorry didn't mean it to sound so pompous!! ;)

    Ccfc film night

Sorry about confusion - Andy/Kingharvest is not part of the Trust but we are both members of the SCG - this exercise is a Trust initiative as we are independent of the club and can therefore talk to both sides impartially.

Who are the Sky Blue Trust

The most successful Trust lead club is Swansea and they have a system where your automatically a Swans Trust member when you buy a season ticket unless you specifically opt out. It is a good idea but at present we have to be careful to keep our independence.

Who are the Sky Blue Trust

There will be a desk in the Casino foyer (thanks to our sponsors G Casino ;)) and Trust personnel will be there and outside the Casino and others will be on the other side of the Ricoh on the walk up from the rail underpass so we can catch those coming from Car Park C and the retail park. We...

    Ccfc film night

ACL questions and answers were done a couple of weeks ago in one meeting but we have had three meetings arranged and cancelled by CCFC - we finally did one with Fisher in Cov last week and then had to go down to London to see Labovitch and then the two of them together in Cov earlier this week -...

    Ccfc film night

This was a film night organised by Deano - he kindly agreed to split half the profts with the Trust and the former players association - perhaps you will be having a go at them as well. I know facts are not something that ever get in the way of some peoples prejudices but 1. We have never said...

    Ccfc film night

No problem - the Trust is about getting the facts out, unlike too many people associated with the whole sorry saga. We hope to publish our report on the questions we have put to CCFC and ACL early next week.

Who are the Sky Blue Trust

Even the current number represents 10% of a match day attendence and is being taken seriously by both sides in the dispute as having some legitimacy. From a standing start a year ago when the membership was 3 to over 800 today thats not a bad effort. Obviously membership of 10k would be...

    Ccfc film night

Trust were not summoned by CCFC to any meeting last night - we did have our own meeting to discuss the prospect of Admin and our reaction/course of action but certainly nothing to do with CCFC. As far as we are aware the remaining Directors of CCFC Fisher and Labovitch were not even in Coventry...

Who are the Sky Blue Trust

Torchy - you have restored my faith in human kind mate - thanks for joining. Anyone else who wants to join can do so at the trust website or at the game tomorrow - we have just received permission from the club to do a recruitment drive. So we will be outside the Ricoh signing people up - bring...

    Mark Labovitch re administration

Whilst PWKH may have his own agenda (as everyone in this putrid dispute has) he is the Trustee and Clerk of a registered charity and bound by the rules of the Charity Commission. For him to be lying would have serious professional consequences for him and the charity.

    Goals from last night

I am still trying to eradicate their first one from my memory - it was like watching schoolkids all converging on the same ball and it somehow squirting out and into the goal!! It doesn't seem to matter who plays at the back or who the manager is we still manage to give away stupid goal after...

    Mark Labovitch re administration

Understanding is 1. The naming rights deal was very much front loaded and whilst significant is not crucial to ACL survival. 2. Ricoh have no intention of pulling out as they are happy with the exposure their brand gets amongst their target market ie businesses that attend exhibitions...

    Mark Labovitch re administration

I mention it because BSB was stating it was over the £20k extra they would get from the Compass share of IEC profits and I was explaining that its not just that they want but also the profit Compass make providing the service to IEC - approx £200k.

    Mark Labovitch re administration

That is the match day f&B - not even SISU would demand the f&b money from concerts and conferences - oh bugger we've just given Fisher a new idea!!!

    Mark Labovitch re administration

    1. The timing of admin is not SISU's to decide - the moment a company is trading insolvently which CCFC Ltd is, as no negotiations are taking place, the Directors are personally liable as they would be deemed to be knowingly running an insolvent company. 2. I think ACL would be in the stronger...
