Our information is that it doesn't - player registrations have to be in same company as golden share otherwise technically players are "owned" by a third party ie Tevez at West Ham etc

Understanding is that players contracts have to be in same company as golden share so if that is or has been moved back into Ltd the players contracts will follow. It is up to administrator to get these back in the correct company.
