    Liability

Yeah, cos it wasn't their fault, we had a much better performance overall, and they both proved themselves last season.

    Liability

More Thomas's fault though. Burge and Grimmer are miles better than Sterling and O'Brien, that's plain to see.

    JP heading out on loan

Maybe like McSheffrey at Luton? But like McSheffrey, he was already good enough, actually...

    JP heading out on loan

I think he had the best minutes per goal ratio at the club didn't he? It was certainly better than McNulty's at one stage. He barely started and usually when he did it was out wide. Robins waxed lyrical at times about what a natural goalscorer he is, just needed to learn the other parts of the...

    JP heading out on loan

Bradshaw was already quality as a kid at Aberystwyth, was always going to be a player (they're my second team 'cos I want to move there one day!). Coleman: Bradshaw Call Up Shows There is a Pathway for WPL Players

    JP heading out on loan

I'd agree but he scored a blinder from outside the box last season. It was like a perfect golf shot onto the green, dipping and swerving it's way over the defenders and beyond the 'keepers reach...thought he deserved a run after that but he's not a winger and that was the only way into the side...

Didn't stop us with Bakayoko, Nick!

    Biamou Injury

It was a list of things that I was only aware of through vague unsubstantiated comments on here, one of which was something like "apparently his auntie died" or something like that.

    Biamou Injury

And Ted Koppel IS a robot, of course.

    Biamou Injury

Is there any confirmation that it's a season ender or just one of those things that have been "heard" like: JCH's auntie's died, Robins and Burge fell out after the Sutton OG and Brown has a bad attitude?

    Square pegs in round holes

Great point and I think that I had almost forgotten myself: Bayliss was played in CM for the majority of his games last season and we were an effective side in those games. I think that it did also just about work when he moved right towards the end, but that was partly due to Grimmer...

    Tom Davies Virus

It's what ended Dougie McGuire's City career before it had even got going, wasn't it?

    Early days - odd results

That's the most sickening aspect of this season for me. There's players that have done well for us, are settled here, who the fans have bonded with, and they they've been ditched. So much for that oft-heard phrase "the players who got us promoted deserve a chance to show what they can do at the...

    Genuine Concerns Ignored

League wise is presenting the stats in a way that shows them in a poorer light, though: Jordy Hiwula - All goals 13 in all competitions last season, 12 the season before. And he was played out wide at times. I think he's our most proven striker at this level and has a good reputation with fans...

    Genuine Concerns Ignored

True of a couple: Sterling has been a disappointment, but we should have known from previous Premier Youth loans that they rarely hit the ground running for us (AA aside); Bakayoko was just an all round baffling signing, yeah...but with Ogogo, Brown/Mason and Hiwula, there are players amongst...

    Genuine Concerns Ignored

Andreu is returning from a bad injury and is not young, so I think we need to really manage his time and role. He is a massive problem in that he has a lot of technical ability, but we are struggling to fit him in. A real headache. Bayliss is the one with the ability to really unlock the...

    Genuine Concerns Ignored

All very reasonable points and well presented. Only thing I would slightly disagree with is the assessment of Mason, who has had some bright spots and has potential as a full back we can work with and improve. The worst aspect for me is that some players, you can tell there is a player in...
