Match Thread ⚽️ Blackburn Rovers vs Coventry City Match Thread - Wednesday 19th Apr

It's a shame we didn't have some sort of 'pandemic' and 'lockdown' when there was no traffic on the roads so they could fix them all.

    Things that annoy you

It's even worse when the recap shows something completely different from what we saw originally.

    Things that annoy you

US television series with ludicrously convoluted plots and contrived end-of-season cliffhangers whose sole purpose is to keep the writers in employment for as long as possible. I usually give up watching after about five episodes.

Trump is my favourite comedian of the year already

It wouldn't make much difference as the Democrats will still control almost all of the major institutions. There's very little a President can do without their assistance.

    Smile

I was walking to the chip shop in Spon End when a family came out of the nearby tower block flats and also walked towards the chip shop. Moving House

Mine felt more like an eviction than a house move. Citizen were in a hurry to me so they could knock my old place down (which they've yet to do nine months later). I was offline and totally incommunicado for nine days, no phone, no internet, no TV or radio. In some ways that was a blessing...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

It was never actually nationalised. It was originally owned by local authorities which meant that people on low incomes could claim a rebate on their water rates.

    Another Head Scramble.

And also this is the only period in history that the Earth has had TWO polar ice-caps. In fact, except during a so-called "Ice Epoch" like the one we're experiencing now, it doesn't even have one polar ice cap.
