Moore - 3 Back five - 3-5 Kelly - 4 Sheaf - 6 (one point for the goal) Palmer - 7.5 Waghorn - 6 Tavares - 5 subs - 7 Apparently we’re trending on Twitter in the USA. Shite end to a poor period post World Cup. But it would be just like us to go and beat Burnley now and go on a mini run.

Well…. We need two or three new centre halves based on that shit show. And I’d be surprised if we see Moore again after today. Kelly and Sheaf weak as shit. Palmer and Waghorn the only ones who have looked near Championship level. Embarrassing. Few changes and with Vik on it’s not inconceivable...

Nothing to see here. It was just show and tell day.

    Death List 2023

Shocked. He looked fit as a fiddle on the sidelines for Italy in the euros.

Agree RE the back line save for Bidwell who was decent. But thought Allen was poor (again) and should have done a lot better for their goal. Bloke needs dropping now and would benefit from a rest. I’d be minded to give Kelly a run and push Gus further forward for a game or two. Not ideal but...

Unlikely he will but I’d be tempted to change formation for this one as well as personnel. Not least to give one of the CBs a rest but also to try something new. Moore Kane Rose Doyle Burrows Kelly Allen Howley Bapaga (think he’s still here?!) Waghorn Tavares I know MR said earlier we...

Last 20/25 minutes Doyle and Panzo have been dire. Error after error. They’re not letting us play it around at the back so just get rid.

Not necessarily a dig at the selection, assuming Sheaf and Dabo are unfit. Just looks a poor side. A chance for a few to impress though 🤞🏻

I didn’t see the Sheff Utd stewards do anything wrong on Boxing Day. A few of our fans however… I’d venture your Fulham experience says more about those who make that particular trip.

Fulham probably not the best comparison to be fair. They eat Battenberg in the stands and the only thing that gets sniffed is Vics sinus spray.

Match Thread ⚽️ Coventry City vs Cardiff City Match Thread - Thursday 29th Dec

Well that was like pulling teeth tonight. Flat performance, flat atmosphere and generally boring. Cardiff set up for and got their point. We really had no answer to their parked bus and desperately needed another option in AM or ST as the game wore on. Gladly never see Waghorn in a city shirt again.

Oi… we’re not all old farts in block 24. Speaking of which, I think I I left my monocle in row KK earlier. If anyone hands it in please let me know.

Naughty Cov fans making national press

Yeah fair play to the club for taking a stance. Standards have dropped across football and I’ve no issue with City taking something of a lead in calling it out. We left at 3-0 Saturday and there was already slobbering messes stumbling up the streets screaming Sheffield’s a shit hole. Didn’t...

    Liam Kelly

Hysteria aside he will get game time now with COH out and Palmer unable to complete 90 minutes. Opportunity to push Hamer upfield and bench Allen for a bit perhaps. With a run of games he will probably be fine form wise.

    Gyokeres

Thought this all along. No way they’d let a promising player teetering on the edge of the Sweden national team who had scored (albeit in overseas leagues) go for £1m without considerable add-ons. I suggested up to 50% of profit which is probably extreme but wouldn’t be surprised if it’s as high...

    Out of contract

I suppose the problem is, assuming the budget stays around the same, it’s 10 players out for probably three or four established championship players in pounds and pence. Need a squad so I imagine Dabo, Fadz, Rose and Wilson likely gets deals. If Doug Dinsah does buy the club and injects...
