We are moving to a ground that is about to be redeveloped FFS

More here: http://www.northamptonchron.co.uk/news/politics/sixfields-will-be-unrecognisable-after-12m-redevelopment-1-5245583 The Northampton CC are about to invest £12million into the project. Can we expect SISU to object to the misuse of public funds and press for a judicial review?

We are moving to a ground that is about to be redeveloped FFS

http://www.northamptonchron.co.uk/news/politics/exclusive-cobblers-and-council-strike-12m-deal-to-expand-sixfields-1-5245529 Unbelievable. NCC are about to fund the redevelopment of 2 sides of the stadium. 'The deal will lead to the stadium’s east and west stand being majorly...

    a silly question..,

And that is just one of the many flaws in their argument. Accounts. Contracts & Wages. Official documents. Season ticket sales. VAT returns. All point to CCFC Ltd being the club...

Will Thursday's big news be a ground share with the Cobblers...

What can you build with the best part of £100,000 a year? A small semi next to the main stand? With a garage... Cant see SISU paying much to share NTFC ground if they baulked at £400K for the Ricoh.

    a silly question..,

According to Appleton, CCFC Holdings is the club, not CCFC Ltd, so the offer to play at the Ricoh was never an option - ACL made it to CCFC Ltd. If we end up playing at the Ricoh, this undermines TF and Appletons arguments made over the summer and would surely have some repercussions somewhere...

Will Thursday's big news be a ground share with the Cobblers...

Looking on JeffersonLake twitter feed, the bloke who started the rumour leading to the thread, he's saying the announcement on Thursday is 'it's very very very very very very very very very very very very good' CCFC ground sharing is not very very good etc. It would be interesting or a bit...

    Beneficial Ownership

Thanks for compliment and posting on here Mr Afro. It may be my writing/thoughts, but I would urge people to read it. If the FL don't act over the concept of 'beneficial ownership' then over the next couple of years there would be nothing to stop clubs being purchased by owners that already...

Coventry City FC's Players are registered with Limited, not Holdings

ACL and CCFC have a lease agreement that runs for another 45 years. ACL could argue that they are owed the total value of the outstanding lease - in excess of £50 million. Anyone like to suggest what SISU would do if they were the landlords and ACL were the tenant?

Coventry City FC's Players are registered with Limited, not Holdings

They loan the money from SISU in the Cayman Islands to pay back, er SISU in the Cayman Islands.

Coventry City FC's Players are registered with Limited, not Holdings

Nope. SISU were owed £29 million if you look at Sky Blue Sports & Leisure Ltd accounts to May 2011 (the last set available) - the ultimate owners of CCFC and CCFC Holdings Ltd. They publish consolidated accounts (for the group as a whole). When SISU took over, they wrote off £34 million...

Coventry City FC's Players are registered with Limited, not Holdings

At least I have the poor excuse for wasting my time on a team I support and that gets me out of jail with Mrs Squirrel when I'm lost in paperwork for hours .;)

Coventry City FC's Players are registered with Limited, not Holdings

I covered this a while ago. http://aprisonofmeasuredtime.wordpress.com/2013/05/20/a-football-club-is-not-a-football-club-without-players CCFC Ltd used to show the players registrations as assets, buy and sell them and pay the wages. This has apparently been switched to Holdings Ltd at...

    Free use of Richo

Appleton is running CCFC Ltd. The GS is allegedly with CCFC Ltd. The Memorandum of Association says that CCFC Ltd is the football club. Appleton is running the club.

CCFC, Otium, the FA, the UK government and FIFA. What happens next?

The DCMS report on football governance was clear - if the FA/FL do not start adhering to their own guidelines and regulations with regards to the ownership of clubs, then legislation will follow. Will the FA & FL look into the breaches of company law that have been highlighted in CCFC case thus...

Prison of measured time latest blog

Another new post has gone up http://aprisonofmeasuredtime.wordpress.com/2013/06/22/what-are-the-chances-of-passing-a-late-fitness-test The pressure needs to be applied to the government through the DCMS. If they were to pressure Companies House to use the law to prosecute for the late...

    Sisu's Thinking...

You can build a small stadium for £20 million. You can't build the stadium and the offices, the hotel, shopping complex etc for £20 million. Its the extra bits that actually make ACL more money than the rent on the stadium.

Shameless self promotion here::) http://aprisonofmeasuredtime.wordpress.com It was never meant to be just about SISU and the city, but there's no time to write on anything else at the minute... The main problem we have is that we are not Premier league, so no-one cares. Take Paolo Di...

    Knowl[GMK] says.....

Yeah. Absolutely right. Can't trust a man and his word. We only managed to get through as a society for the previous 2,000 years on that premise. Can't be doing with that now, can we? I imagine the plan was to get the lawyers to draft a proposal that reflected the agreement that was shaken...
