    Knowl[GMK] says.....

Well, the answers/evidence is there. Fisher had already been asked if he had the authority to complete a deal before the start of the meeting. He confirmed he had. My understanding of business is this: You reach an agreement. All parties shake hands. If you shake hands its an agreement...

    Question for oldskyblue58

I think the accounts are overdue, from memory. The 'proposal to strike off' is more of an administration warning from Companies House than anything about to happen. Unfortunately, nothing to worry about. Isn't it strange that they are all part of SBSL...!

Thanks for all the kind words, as ever. I'm trying to strike a balance between what posters on here already know - on the whole pretty well informed by the debate and discussion on here. I get a lot of traffic now from twitter, facebook and covmad etc, places where they perhaps rely on the...

    ACL isn't letting this drop

    ACL isn't letting this drop

What is weird is that some people seem to forget who stepped in and built the stadium. Without that, the club would have gone into liquidation years ago.

Not all over yet... our job now is to...

The FL aren't going to stand in their way. They were reluctant to come out and clearly state which company was in possession of the golden share. It took months. Fail to see how they are going to change and now stand in SISU's way. They don't have the funds, nor appetite, for a long...

Why do SISU want our club?

It must be about the stadium. Its where future profits can be gained. The football club is just a way of obtaining it. They can now start to make below market bids on an asset that has become a liability for ACL and the council.
