I don't think MR is ready to drop Doyle yet (rightly or wrongly). Not sure we could play with just Doyle for Ogogo in that line up.

JCH and Chaplin sounds a potentially good combo to me. Haven't seen Hiwula play so can't comment on him. Chaplin hasn't played many 90mins so wonder what stamina levels are like as it stands.

Before I start I'm not comparing Kane to Bakayoko but... Wasn't Kane supposed to be crap? Loaned to Leicester etc with mediocre at best reports. Sometimes right team right manager can produce the unexpected. Give him a fair crack.

In terms of L1 the squad looks to have a superb level of technical ability combined with some pace and power. If MR can mould these together I think we will be an extremely tidy team. I expect a 4-3-3 switching between 4-5-1 tact.

He seemed to fit the mould in terms of like-for-like for McNulty. Gut feeling is player doesn't really want to move. Move on.
