    No deal will be done whilst ACL require SISU to withdraw their request for a judicial review as part of the deal on offer. Why have ACL included that? Because if the council loses ACL will be up for sale. And who would by it if they haven't got a football team to play there!

    The FA has had every opportunity to do the right thing already and has failed miserably. The only very slim chance is if someone comes up with some dirt on SISU. Suspect that won't happen certainly not before the opening home match.

    SISU had a 3 year plan to get city promoted, keep the Premier League money and sell. The financial crash stopped investment so it all failed and with the mismanagement we are where we are. I can not see any reason why SISU would wish to now keep the club and commit to the huge investment...
