    From the Boardroom - Swindon

No news on where we'll be playing next season, shame. Otherwise it's a nicely written piece.

    Forget Dale Evans...

He was astonishing when he was at Barca. Let's not get our hopes up....he clearly says "second division" so unless he mistakenly thinks that "League Two" means 'second division', we're likely below his level. A mate of mine met him and took him, along with some other ex Italian league...

    Jimmy Armfield dies

Football legend Armfield dies aged 82 RIP to a proper legend of the game. Always enjoyed his co-commentary on BBC Radio 5Live (his playing days were long before my time).

    Sour Grapes

I can only think the author was rendered delusional by the experience of leaving Swindon for the first time in his life and being flabergasted and perplexed as to why his surroundings were no longer that of a dire depressing shitehole.

Where were the other two? They're the biggest club in Wiltshire, get your facts right!

    Ex Player Watch

Danny Swanson on the bench in the Edinburgh derby. Shows how weak Scottish football is now, he would struggle to get into our team never mind a top flight side for their biggest game of the season.

    Vale hooligans

It is funny how such incidents often escape media attention. I was at an ODI cricket game between England and Australia at Old Trafford cricket ground in 2012 and a huge brawl broke out in the stands during the game at the Warwick Road end. Dozens of pissed blokes on both sides lamping each...

Sorry to raise this again / Dale Evans

'i did genuinely try. Things are not what they seem. I'm sorry to everyone I let down. My last post is to say I'm sorry.' Berk.

    Taxi on the way

Only at CCFC do you get fans debating whether the manager should be sacked despite the club remaining on course for its first top 6 finish in over 40 years.

    Big Cyrille

Does he have one of the "legends" slots on the Ricoh Tesco stand outside wall, along with the likes of JH, Sillett, Oggy etc? If so I guess there will be floral tributes? If not maybe we can agree with Wasps to add him.

    Big Cyrille

Cyrille ended his career before I started watching football but it's clear to me from the history I have seen that his most notable contribution to the game went far beyond goals and football performances on the pitch (as great as those were), but the enormous degree of dignity and graciousness...

Which goal made you go the most mental?

Nouble at the Ricoh return game v Gillingham, Friday night game in 2014. Electric atmosphere and the early goals ahd the place rocking. Shame there have not been many games like that i.e. huge crowd, good result, good feeling, cracking atmosphere. We need more days like that.

    Otis Khan from Yeovil?

I would like this to be true if only because users on here and our fans at games can spend all game saying "Otis, you're shit" just to get you down

James Maddison sell on clause? Bid from WEST HAM

Personally I thought Marlon King was the best forward we had since relegation.

    Big Cyrille

I was always a bit put out when the media described the 1987 side as "the team without stars" being "all-star Spurs"; Cyrille Regis was a bloody big star in that team and the reaction to his death shows that.
