I'm going out now so this is my last point. Just because we haven't got the right players doesn't mean it's a wrong set up. Stockley bullied our CBs at Wembley but it didn't produce any goals. Every system can be defended against but it's easiest to defend against a target man who is isolated.

Well obviously because you were talking about a target man and I was offering an alternative opinion.

That doesn't prove that a target man is the right approach, especially if that's all he is and he's twenty yards from his strike "partner"

There would be no reason for SISU to walk away in the complete sense. Presumably they would close down the Academy, sell Ryton Training facilities, sell the players for what they could get..... But they could still retain ownership of CCFC in name, as it would have no selling value...... or am I...

The fact that TF has been around for so long, in different positions, suggests to me that he is no ordinary employee or contractor/advisor. I often wonder whether he has a financial stake in the business

You have to accept local radio for what it is, although that's not an excuse for doing it badly. It has local news, local traffic reports, local sport etc. If you just want a music station there's no point in it being local.
