    The never ending court story

I think CCFC have more to lose than £100k.

    The never ending court story

But surely most of us didn't believe SISU and assumed it was just a negotiating stance. Or do some people only believe SISU when it suits their argument?. And by the way, the Coucil Leader said that ACL was viable without CCFC...did everybody believe her or was it just a negotiating stance?

    Ex Player Watch

What I find ironic is people criticising young kids learning their game for having no end product, but cutting lots of slack for Chaplin who hasn't demonstrated very much end product yet, and has missed more chances than Max Biamou did when he was much maligned

    The never ending court story

Yes to all of that. The difference is that our owners have persisted with court action, which in the perception of those whose hatred for SISU is greater than their affection for CCFC, pushes Wasps a little bit further up the moral high ground

Match Thread Bradford City vs. Coventry City Match Thread - Tuesday 23rd Oct

He'll probably be dropped for having the temerity to score in the first half of an away game

    The never ending court story

We don't have to get anything for the extra rent/ Wasps are in a position where they can say take it or leave it

    The never ending court story

I think you have misunderstood me. I was reacting to what I thought to be an implication that CCFC used the stadium more than Wasps. I was pointing out that , as effective owners of the stadium, Wasps could, and do host other events. In no way was I implying that CCFC games inhibited Wasps...

FA Cup Draw tonight - who do you want ?

The fact that we have to go there twice in a season....once is enough

    The never ending court story

Yes, but they can use the stadium for other events, because it's effectively theirs

    Unreserved Seating

For the away end at Port Vale (I may be confusing with Walsall but one of them certainly} they issue tickets with a seat number but there are signs in the lobbies saying unreserved seating.

Coventry vs Wycombe - player ratings

Agree with your point on Sterling and to amplify my earlier comment about Doyle, I just don't like defensive players taking corners, as it leaves you exposed to quick breaks.

Coventry vs Wycombe - player ratings

Doyle should be managing his efforts so that he can contribute fully for 90 mins. He shouldn't take corners as he runs the risk of having to get back into position quickly. If your wingers can take corners , they should

Match Day Thread - Sky Blue Sports & Leisure Limited and Others -v- Coventry City Council and Others

It's all very well arguing about how much revenue Wasps receive from CCFC games, and just as balance the four of us spend nothing over and above our STs and a program for my friend's grandson, none of which goes to Wasps. Isn't it significant that they have been unable to attract a new Stadium...

The Curious Case of Jordy Hiwula

The first play after Hiwula came on, he made a good run between the CBs but he was ignored and didn't receive the ball. No wonder he subsequently dropped back to try to get into the action.

The Curious Case of Jordy Hiwula

I know it's a blinding glimpse of the obvious, but if you set up not to lose, and go a goal down, you're not set up to recover. That's when you need the missing Plan B that everyone alludes to. That requires timely and game changing substitutions.............................

    Jones/Andreu

The only memory I have of seeing him play before his injury was in a Checkatrade game. He was fairly anonymous until Doyle was taken off. He dropped back a bit and looked a different player. On that limited evidence he needs to play deeper and not just behind the striker, I can't see how to...
