    Mean while back in court

You have your facts, I have mine. Lets agree to disagree. I still cant believe your mates see themselves as Saints fans if they follow another team. I am sorry I just cant see the logic. If I went to WBA games and said I was a city fan, I would expect people to think the same. That is a...

sky blues trust - what do they do

Steve, first and foremost thanks for coming on to explain, and for your time with the SBT. I am not part of the set up so you certainly give more than I do. As you know coming on the forum, sometimes you will get unfair criticism, sometimes it may be objective. You will never please everybody...

    Sky Blue Trust statement

Black and white again. When will you realise there is grey. Before you jump on my back, I didn't think they would win, hope they bugger off back to London and take the franchise rugby team with them. The City needs a clean slate of vindictive hedge funds, franchises and Councillors.

The beer does help sometimes. For me I enjoy football more, but also like rugby a lot. I think if you aren't really a fan of the sport and are sober then its a 50/50 chance of you enjoying the experience if you are a neutral to the sport. Hope that helps!

    Mean while back in court

I know franchising exists in Rugby, we have one unwelcome team in Coventry. Thanks for reminding me about facts I am already aware of. You completely miss the point, Shake it up claimed that all Rugby fans are ex boarding school, and not working class like Football fans. I am working class, and...

Football no. Rugby CRFC and Northampton Saints. Born in Northampton raised in Coventry. So what's your point?

    Mean while back in court

All due respect Dongo, why don't you do one, you pompous prick. My post isn't full of shit. I would suggest yours is though as you base your extensive experience on one bloke who says he is a Saints fan but goes to watch Wasps. Wow a straw poll of one, as usual your finger is on the pulse. I...

    Mean while back in court

His post is indeed full of shit. I would hazard he only mentioned Saints as he read my post firts, before he posted. I cant abide clueless drivel written by people about a sport and its fans that they clearly know nothing about.

As a working class man, who watches football and Rugby (Northampton Saints) and has many working class mates who I also know at both sports (The Saints are embedded in their community a working class area) I would say your comment above is utter crap. There is no difference between SISU and...

Don't be ridiculous, why would she invest in such a lame arse as SISU......... If she did I would probably imagine she also had shares in Woolworths and BHS.

Kevin Kyle on Radio 5 this morning

Surely he wont give any analysis of the strikers, perhaps they need him to hold up an aerial or something ;)

The pros and cons of Mowbray

Personally I only saw the inflexibility, which like Stu mentioned above, was to do with tactics and formation. I think he has learnt and am hopeful for next season.

    Nii Lamptey Show

To be fair Nick he probably said the lion and sheep comment after weeks of abuse that we didn't even know about. I mean death threats, jesus some people are just cretins. I only hope that going forward in his career his advisors have learnt something about guiding him and shielding him from...

The pros and cons of Mowbray

Pros - Insisting on certain conditions being in place before telling SISU he would become the clubs manager Attacking football Honest Upturn in fortune and better results Scouting system and good use of the loan system Giving us hope Cons Inflexibility when we hit a slump ......... BUT he will...

    Nii Lamptey Show

Thanks for the excellent summary. Re Maddison, I do feel sorry for him and the abuse he received, he doesn't deserve it, but sadly he and his advisers must have known that in todays times there are always going to be some keyboard warriors who were going to give it, and he should have been...

    Nii Lamptey Show

If Mowbray needed any indication of getting lower league players in that are hungry for success, instead of players on the downward slope of their careers, as much as I hate to say it he need look no further than our local neighbours and their number nine. Peterbrough seem to keep finding them...

    Summer Plans

7 miles is a nice distance Daz, especially after the injuries, as I know how frustrating it is when you get them. I really enjoy running, have done for years, and used to run similar distances, between 6 miles and 13 but due to persistent injuries, which are now permanent problems, to back...

So , what are our owners going to do now ...............

I take it you do realise people don't have to know anyone personally to see an emotion like anger. People see it in what you write, they don't need to know what you had for breakfast. I don't know who is right or wrong in this debate, but its only you who insults and abuses all the time, which...
