    Legend

Not a legend per se for us, but with his peers, is Roland Nilsson. He was an immaculate player, a great pro and won over 100 caps for Sweden, that is pretty good. (Thought he deserved a bit more as a manager with us seeing as they moved that idiot Jim Smith in to help him, and it completely...

They will get the same derision off Saints fans about being a 'Midlands' team as they do from the Tigers. There is only one local derby that counts to the Saints, and it will never be Wasps, who are seen as a London team, currently based in the Midlands.

    Brussels

All true and valid points. Sadly all the political posturing on this issue, and foreign affairs has achieved absoloutely zero, and our involvement in several Middle Eastern Countries, on the whim of our politicians, has made the situation worse, most recently Syria and Libya being perfect...

I think Sky wnat everyone running round in a panic as it makes better viewing. Well done for the Airport staff for being calm in a time of extreme panic and crisis, and for dealing with it in a way which probably aided many terrrfied people. Just waiting for Kay Burely to turn up looking for a...

I think your demeaning attitude to everyone, that if the dont like Wasps they arent enjoying life, is wearing a bit thin. Time to give it a rest. I love life, really enjoy it but I still wish wasps would f*ck off back to London, and dont particularly like the Ricoh. The reason I still enjoy...

    Ricoh Rewind

Honestly never wanted to leave Highfield Road, and was disgusted with Richardson for selling it off too quickly. I liked Highfield Road, it was and always will be to me 'home', and I liked where it was as well. Have never taken to the Ricoh, and wasnt really excited about the move there. It is...

    Cherry Tree Club?

If you were talking about troops fighting in Afghanistan I would understand what you were on about, about backing each other up and standing together, but as you are talking about a group of men who just want to fight each other because of what team they support and trying to be rock hard, then...

    City of Culture

Ann Lucas would be too stupid to miss the irony of that. Perhaps she will offer it to Wasps to open as a homage to their long heritage in the City.

    Would you recall JOB?

I dont know Hobo, even if we had them up front we may still be discussing whether Ricketts needs a rest, if Cole is over the hill or if Maddison dives more than Tom Daley. ;)

    City of Culture

City of Culture goes to highest bidder shock. Its only right wasps back the bid seeing as they could use all the money they saved when Lucas sold them a stadium on the cheap. Still they would be the ideal company to back the bid seeing as they have a long distinguished presence in the City...

I know you were responding to Torchy, but I find it a bit ironic you telling him he cant whinge forever when you can clearly display plenty of it yourself. You keep telling everyone to move on, what to? Wasps and SISU union, hardly a marriage made in heaven? You seem to think it will be some...

Writing stuff like that really does make you look an arse. Why not just write it without that childish shit?

Well I can only add that from my recall of events Dave's assessment of what happened is spot on. Will look for some press articles on it when I get a chance, so please bear with.

In my view none of it makes a difference apart from personal views being presented on a forum, and opinions given. I am sadly of the opinion that whovever you berate/champion or whatever on this forum, it will never change SISU's ownership until they decide to do so.

    Academy future?

In the late 80's the Whitley fields stopped just short of the Henrys fields, just over the Sowe. Had to run the bastard fields week after week in cross country, and remember there being a field gap before the A45, which were owned by Henrys. Bloody cross country!

I will ask you this question again, for your thoughts as you sidestepped it yesterday... how does challenging SISU constantly on this forum change their ownership? as it didnt seem to make much difference when we went stratospheric when the move to Northampton was announced. We can call them...

Fair points in there Tony. I know we disagree on the odd occasion, but we also agree many times, and I guess I am just ground down by it all, as I honestly cant see how we rid ourselves of SISU. I long for the days when we just concentrate on the football, not onwership, CCC, wasps etc, but it...
