    What is the debt

OSB I was under the impression that the "good will" write off was much closer to £10m since SISU took over. I cannot say I have gone through the accounts to confirm this but have taken it from the article below...

    New Trust Statement

Yep probably. Both the rugby and football teams as tenants. ACL (owners of the Ricoh) are a company with assets that if they chose to the owners could sell on and leave the football club and WASPS as tenants with a new landlord. One question you also have to ask is at this stage are CCFC £1...

    New Trust Statement

What people also forget is that even if SISU managed to get the Ricoh then the club would not have owned it. It would have been held in a separate company much the same was as they had a relationship with ACL , they would always be tenants

    New Trust Statement

What ever the Valuation that they have on their books is part of the audited accounts and signed off by the auditors , its not total fantasy but probably right at the top end of what they can say. With regards to the original sale people forget that independent assessors looked at the value of...

    New Trust Statement

So are you saying that CCFC and SISU are the same entity, Back one , back the other?

    Stadium deal ends in 2018.

When I say SISU i mean SISU not CCFC

    Stadium deal ends in 2018.

Its not in SISU's interest to conclude a deal in the short term. It will best suit them to take it to the wire as the longer they leave it the more they can blame every other party and state that whatever the deal it is not acceptable commercially. Might even suite their court case agenda ...

After 5 games down to a "bare bones" squad , its a worrying predicament

    MP asks for CCFC intervention

When they moved to Northampton didn't the club have to post a £1m Bond with the FA to ensure that they returned to the city, having assured everyone that they had a plan? I am not so sure that the FA would sanction this a second time give the empty promises regarding the stadium developments...

Council want £325k off SISU before they help the club

But SISU are using the club to blackmail everyone else to get what they want. So its alright for SISU to do it?

No they don't they both own premises that CCFC can rent or lease. Not engaging in meaningful dialogue with the owners of facilities that we need will only end badly for the club especially now that neither of sites really rely on CCFC as an anchor tennant or core income.

CCC have the responsibility of running a City and all that entails not a football club CSF are looking to run sustainable sports facilities for the city not a football club WASPS have the responsibility of running their rugby club not a football club ACL have the responsibility of running the...

So you are saying that the FA is a morally corrupt quango that is unfit for purpose and is allowing our owners to to run the club into the ground at at least once out of town. OK so you consistently rail against a democratically elected body (by you and others), further in deciding planning...

I am sure if SISU looked after the club in an appropriate manner I don't think anyone would care. All this high and mighty holier than thou posturing about ownership is a pure nonsense. Good owner are good owners and bad will be bad, let their track record speak for itself.

    Time to be heard

I think WASPS are refusing to play silly games . Its SISU who are issuing the threats , but who are they threatening? WASPS? I think not. Its the supporters of CCFC that care that are being threatened and the very future of our club is being dismantled in front of out eyes and many look to...

    Time to be heard

Why are you letting SISU off scot free. Think we should petition the FA that they are unfit custodians of the club in our thousands. They don't seem to be able to do business with anyone, discuss anything or reach a working compromise with anyone. Today there was the first throw away line...

Latest CCFC letter on planning application - Planning Meeting

lack of preparation on his part I would imagine. If you look at the second letter it does not even use the same font from page 1 to page 2. Small point I know but typifies his approach as not looking or sounding professional. He should have been rehearsed for 3 minutes of concentrated fact not...
