I am not sure how a parking company can demand that you keep receipts and then have to send them to prove you have followed guidance. Not a legal leg to stand on. If they want to use this method need to have staff on exits as in years gone by.

Probably need to keep my receipt in case a fine is about to come to me....But can't see how they can make you pay Ok

Just checked web site if demand is over the 14 days you can justify saying not kept receipts ( for tescos) as time requirement had lapsed

The arena park website has been altered and is very clear. Five hours normally and you need to spend £50 to park on match days,/ events. Receipts need to be kept for 14 days unless noted by park watch attendant and your registration noted. Marks and Spencer return policy is 28days...

Re Tescos, l asked if this was still the policy and a security guard said no! Took the coach from Kenilworth until I am sure what is actually happening.

I phoned arenas park yesterday and guy on phone advised as far as he knew you can still park at tescos etc as long as you spend £25 on shopping !not been enforced for last few years!

The arena park web site encourages you to shop and use the car park,as long as you spend £25. No change from previous seasons
