    Your Top 3 MR Moments

It has to be the Notts County away playoff semi-final number one for me. We had just be done by them away the month or so before, performed quite poorly in the first leg and they had their "roar us to Wembley" shirts on. We absolutely blew them away first half, and then their aimless long ball...

Trump is my favourite comedian of the year already

You are still talking about economics, which is only one metric to the placing of a party on the political spectrum. Now you have narrowed your opinion to even just one party policy. I do not even have a dog in this fight, you're just ignoring things you do not want to consider for whatever...

OFFICIAL: Mark Robins has been sacked

I've been thinking for a while about what to say. From wax lyrical about all his achievements and the impact those achievements have had on the wider fanbase, club and city, to how poor we've been recently and how much MR deserved better. Sometimes there are no words. I am just....well, sad...

    Referee

Worst part about today is, despite the copious amounts of timewasting he let them get away with, not even talking to their keeper, he was still not the worst referee I've seen this season. (Usual disclaimer, someone criticising the referee does not automatically mean they are making excuses...

Match Thread Coventry City - Derby County Match Thread - Wednesday 6th Nov

His kicking was atrocious. The most annoying thing was, he notably shanked two kicks, one we just about defended the resulting fortunate attack and the other Rudoni provided an assist for Yates' goal.

Again, I disagree. Economically speaking, they are more Tory than Labour, agreed. I think that is more of a nuance to American politics. However their ideological stance on social issues are further Left than Labour. Taking everything into totality, I think they veer to the centre-left, even by...

    Things that annoy you

Maybe I am in a bad mood, and for good reason, but the fucking advertising hoardings again! First 15/20 minutes tonight they were far too bright, there are supernova explosions in the universe that are dimmer. Swear I've got fucking cataracts from tonight!

Match Thread Coventry City v Manchester United - FA Cup Semi-Final

Take these pictures down please, my FIFA Ultimate Team name is predicated on the idea of Wright being onside. "WrightWasOnside" is more succinct than "WrightMaybeOnButCalista'sPicturesSuggestHeMayNotHaveBeen The latter is too wordy!

Didn’t say they were in my statement, I only mentioned I was left of centre and inferred the Republicans were on the Right. That being said, the Democrats are more central than others but ideologically speaking and in general terms, I’d put them just to the Left of centre with some factions...

Hello, Kamala Harris Jubilation committee? Yeah, I’ve got an election result that’s going to make you a lot less jubilant

That and Harris is a god awful candidate and the Democrats have collapsed under the weight of their own arrogance. Speaking as someone from the centre-left, when are people this side of the aisle going to realise the Right aren’t mugs? You can’t show up and just expect to win.

    Champions League 24/25

Genuinely the loudest I've celebrated a non-Coventry City goal for a while. Can't help but be proud we were the club that created him. MR, AV and DL, take a bow lads.

Yeah, good shout re Sakamoto. I really want Gyokeres, and I think he'll get a Team of the Week upgrade tomorrow. I'm going to broaden my team a little and also play ex-City players.

    F1 2024

I'm conflicted, as I do like the strategic element to pit stops, and possible red flags adds an additional metric that needs to be considered when deciding when or even whether to pit. I like and loathe cars being allowed to change tyres under red flags. Exciting that cars will risk not coming...
