    Sound Bar for TV

You can pair these and have them as satellite speakers, but you need a Sonos Beam / Playbar / Playbase in front of the tv to connect them to before you can have them in a TV set up. Theirs no way of just having these connected to the TV on there own. The Play 1's are great speakers though in...

    Podcasts

Give it a listen Nick, it's obvious they are good mates (lived together) and the podcast is really just them chatting with their funny mates.

Quickly Kevin; will he score? Josh Widdicombe and a couple of others chatting all things 90’s football. Some great interviews. Merson tells some good tales. Ed Gamble and James Acaster - Off menu is a good listen if you’re a fan of either comedians.

    What Books You Reading ?

Enjoying it so far, only 80-90 pages in though. Plantation by Chris Kuzneski is a good read, I like Kuzneski's writing style and the Payne & Jones books he's done are very easy reads. Just crime / thriller stuff.

    Gosford Street - Coventry

My office is now on the bit of land where the Greyhound was. Rumour has it that the landlord got wind that the site was being looked at for development and so bought the pub off whoever owned it at the time (previous owner oblivious to development inbound). New owner made a mint when we bought...

Taking the kids to the Southend Game... Advice needed!

Kids Zone is blocks 23-24 I’m sure. That’s bang in line with one of the goal lines. If you wanted to move closer to the centre circle then you’d be fine going up towards block 20 I reckon. Edited to say, I see plenty of people with kids sat in that block.

    Cheap trains

Never used it tbh, i always book Virgin trains well in advance for like £8 each way to London. I think the way it works though is you stay on the same train, but say it costs £100 Cov to London one way (this is all made up prices) it allows you to book Cov to Watford (£20) and Watford to...

    Decent restaurants in Coventry?

Asiana is very close to the Ricoh and is a very good curry house. It’s a tough shout between that and Royal Bengal as the best imo, although RB just won best curry house in the West Mids. Street in Earlsdon is great too. As is Da Vinci’s.

    Winter Is Okay ?

Nope. Causes havoc at work (Severn Trent). But then so does hot weather... So a nice Spring / Autumn is great, Winter and Summer can do one though!
