    The Long Throw

Rather Thomas took them. Though I also wouldn't mind MvE using it more when we're more towards halfway to get us up the pitch, especially as playing the short throw we invariably lose it anyway.

Trump is my favourite comedian of the year already

I assume everyone else spotted the hypocrisy of him blaming Biden and Harris' rhetoric for this latest assassination attempt?

What's the best Cov pub in London?

Not supposed to drink beer through a straw. Though as it supposedly gets you hammered quicker it would be the most economical option.

Of course it's a concern that people are trying to assassinate him. I think part of that is down to him given how all he knows to do is attack and divide - do that in a country where you can legally own a gun with little checks and don't be surprised if you get people aiming guns at you. Of...

I sniff Doug King during the game and boo a bag at half time. He's very fragrant - must be all the KoS gear he gets from his brother.

    USSR invades Ukraine.

Well you're sort of right. He's the most likely to give concessions to Putin because Putin knows how to play him like a fiddle.

    USSR invades Ukraine.

But the trouble is Trump is the most volatile and unpredictable of them all. All it's take it Putin to call him stupid or something and he'd be immediately threatening to destroy them.

    USSR invades Ukraine.

Indeed. Back down now and that is a red rag to a bull for Putin. He'd start ramping up plans to invade elsewhere cos no-one's got the balls to stop him.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Well when I said I'd use it as a regeneration tool for areas I was hardly talking Worsley or Bowden was I.

I'd go: Dovin MvE Thomas Kitching Bidwell Eccles Torp* Rudoni Bassette Simms EMC Wilson, Dasilva, Binks, Allen, Lati, BTA + dependent on if Wright, Sakamoto, Sheaf etc. are available. If not probably be Tavares and Andrews coming in. Still have a feeling of a 2-1 loss though.

Trump is my favourite comedian of the year already

Because last time he thought he could be like in his businesses - what he said went. When people starting saying no, or the law won't let you, he got arsey. He's not willing to let that happen this time. He (or at least his team) are basically going to purge all sorts of officials, judges...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Definitely. Should be moved around the country. Could get cities to bid for it - City of Cu*ture. Personally I think it should be forced to go to a place that is deprived. Get them to see the reality. Plus it'd help regenerate the places.

    Lucy Letby

Of course the victims should be at the forefront. But how would those victims feel of spending years thinking their baby was murdered IF it turns out that was not the case? What would happen to the 'closure' they got from seeing Letby convicted? It's not about just having someone to blame. The...
