You also don't say "I want everyone in for pre-season" then if nobody comes in you go 'sound, no business then" it's ideal for us to get them in as early as possible but if it takes longer then it does. The squad has nowhere near the churn it did last year so the start should be nothing like it...

Nobody not playing for Coventry city or visiting as a guest of the club should get a warm welcome. Someone playing for another team should get a hostile reaction if it’s there first time here or they’ve played for us for 10 years. We’re a football club ffs.
