I think it's rueing the absence of a defensive player, when we have created 2 (?) chances and played awfully as an attacking team against meh opponents.

Spain created as much in 4 minutes against Italy, as we did in 90plus v Denmark.

It shows the defensive/negative mindset that he has when he can leave out Grealish and Maddison, but crave for a Kalvin Phillips after having watched a borefest like that.
