It really isn't, it's a perfectly reasonable statement. There has to be consistency and parameters - there will be efl pitches in January probably far worse than this where games will be played. To call off because we don't fancy it would be taking the piss quite frankly. Of course, if a...

Isn't that what we already knew? I'm getting more confident that it will be on. I'm hearing a lot of people working on it for last 24 hours and looking better. Just from someone who works there, but they're not itk - just what they can see. Hopefully it makes a difference.

    Fulham ticket prices

We're expecting people to pay £34 though (they have sneakily added the booking fee back on top of home ticket pricing after including it last year), so it's more than a 13% increase for cat a games. There is not another ground in the championship where the cheapest adult seat is more than that...

People casually calling for it to be off because it will give wasps a bloody nose forget about people like you. Genuinely hope it is on and you haven't wasted your money.

I'm guessing that is why they have dropped 40 tonnes of sand on it. I'm no expert though obviously, but sense there is a genuine belief they can sort this in time. Fingers crossed they do.

There is a lot you can do. Uneven patches can be levelled out and crucially they can give it a drenching to soften it and ensure there is give. Whether this is enough we will see, but I am guessing it will be.

They put a load of sand on it I think. Probably makes it look worse.

It doesn't need to be off, and frankly it affecting our style of play, while true, shouldn't be a factor at all in that decision. It's fine for me and others, I live a 15 minute walk away, but others go to huge lengths to get to games and fans come first in my opinion. I don't buy that it is...

Bit we're going to anyway, in fact it's going to be a lot worse because it will now be a midweek fixture with 5000 fewer people, less from corporate and an EFL fine to pay. I'm still hopeful the game will go ahead. The financial hit would be significant.

This is an absolute clusterfuck. So many people will have spent so much money making arrangements to be here Sunday. There will be people coming from overseas that will have spent more than the cost of a season ticket to be here for this one game. Whatever they think they can do to get the game...

Better for who though? Not better for the club, for its reputation, for the finances, for fitness and momentum and most importantly for the supporters of both clubs. There are people literally flying in for the game - I get that he is angry, by all means sound off a bit, but unless it is...

Surely recent weather would have been good for the pitch? Plenty of light for growing and the pitch should get all the water it needs via the sprinklers that can run 24/7 if needed.

Of course, but it sounds to me Robins doesn't want to play it. When the home manager declares in the press the pitch is not safe to play on, that will influence the referee for sure, Seems unlikely this goes ahead. Came home from work tonight with a spring in my step, but weekend well and...

Got to play it surely? It may be in a poor condition, but there was no suggestion it was unsafe when those gammy-eared fuckers were rolling about on it the other day. Would be a big financial hit - 5000 at least off the gate for a rearranged game, a hefty fine from the EFL and fixture...

Must have been that. Back on sale now at £27 so guess bottom tier had sold.

    Millwall Tickets

Tickets have been showing as sold out since last night. Obviously they're not, but any ideas why they have been taken off sale?

    Big crowds at the weekend

Ipswich are also the only club in Suffolk with an 800K population to draw on, with very little competition. This point always gets missed. Take teams like Middlesbrough, you go to Stockton or Redcar, they are solid Boro towns. Nuneaton, Atherstone, Stratford? Not nearly as much. We are so...

    Big crowds at the weekend

Were there? Don't the SBT and EST (club travel) use Ridleys? That's a Warwickshire company but coaches running from Cov. Same with SBA who use coach leasing based out of Nuneaton. Wouldn't judge that based on the place name on the back of the coach tbh. I'd say all but a couple of coaches...

    Big crowds at the weekend

Just isn't true. We have very good support from within the city boundary. Don't kniw where people get this from. Virtually everyone I know in the city follows the club in some form. The issue is more that we don't attract more from outside the city, particularly north Warwickshire. When I got...
