i genuinely can’t see how the club can say only 20,000 had been sold at 4pm.

Try this. Go into your network, open the individual that you have assigned to you and edit - you then choose to ‘manage’ for them. It sends them an email (or they can log into their account) asking them to confirm you have permission. When that is done you will be able to buy their seat - hope...

You will have to log into each season ticket account and do it that way under reserved. No other way
