Fisher will discuss interim rent deal

After 6 hours of discussion with Joy Seppala (on behalf of CCFC fans?), we get one sentence saying new ground is plan A but.... Reminds me of an interview in the CET without the religion, family and investors angle.

Fisher will discuss interim rent deal

I think you might need £590k in cash when you turn up for the first meeting Tim.

    TF and Lucas interviews

Einstein's definition of insanity was "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results". When did he meet Tim Fisher?

    Full Court Verdict

There are, for me, a couple of standout points that the judge made: “CCFC/SISU had no strategy for maintaining a sustainable football club, except one which involved (i) the purchase, at a knock down price, of at least a 50% share in ACL and thus the Arena, and (ii) the purchase from the Bank...

    Redevelopment of sixfields

Thanks, if it doesn't work out then maybe you would be interested in sharing our new ground. If it is ever built, it is likely to be a lot nearer to Northampton than Coventry.

    SISU tenacity

Their accounts tell a very different story - don't confuse Assets Under Management with SISU's own worth. Their income for the last couple of years suggests AUM of less than £100M.. As for their executive team, SISU paid out a little more than £0.5M on staff costs for about 20 people. Just what...

Kcic front bid to buy club

People here are demanding answers to their questions when there should be only one party asking questions - SISU. Why haven't SISU asked these questions and why aren't you demanding that they do?

    CCFC Charity Partner

So do I - can you imagine the replies to some of the questions: Q. How will the funds be utilised? A. To pay legal fees. Q. What key events does your charity have planned up until May 2015? A. Several court cases.

Kcic front bid to buy club

Exactly. Maybe Michael hasn't gone about this in the right way either - he has actually made an offer and he hasn't demanded that Seppala should jump on a train to come and discuss a sale with him.

Kcic front bid to buy club

Have you had her independently valued?

Kcic front bid to buy club

"While Coventry City Football Club acknowledges receipt of a letter, the club wishes to make clear that it is not for sale." Well that is not acceptable is it. Why didn't they have a meeting with KCIC to discuss this? Why didn't they have a valuation done? Seems to be a little inconsistency...

Kcic front bid to buy club

Forget the rent offer - I, and I suspect most other fans want SISU gone. They have been made an offer for the club (which is one more offer than they have ever made for the Ricoh), so why not accept it or show the council how to do things by getting the club valued and making the valuation public?

    Capital One Cup

What else is there for them to do when they are on benefits, have no friend and are bored with daytime TV?

    Capital One Cup

That's at least three of us then. I am at the stage where, frankly, I don't give a damn where they play - while SISU are in charge I will not be attending any games, home or away (that includes the Ricoh and even Wembley for a cup final, in the unlikely event).

    Valuations of ACL

The problem I have with playing the 'what is ACL worth' game is that this is the game SISU want to play. I am interested in the football club and cannot see how, ultimately, the value of ACL has any bearings on the fortunes of the club. It may have some bearing on the fortunes of SISU, but I...

    The spin continues

I think Byng, sadly, is just another example of SISU surrounding themselves with losers. A reminder of his expulsion from the RICS in 2010 for various financial misdemeanours and at which time he claimed to be skint...

    The spin continues

I am surprised, and disappointed, that Mick Byng has, seemingly, thrown in his lot with these shysters. I knew him many years ago and would have said that he had enough integrity to avoid becoming one of SISU's lapdogs. I can understand a few of the others (e.g. Reid and Sinclaire), who...

    The spin continues

Byng contacted the council? So it wasn't the organ grinder, nor even the organ grinder's monkey, it was a flea on the back of the monkey that was entrusted with this task. The council should have given him Haskell's number - they would still be bullshitting each other now.

    Joy Seppela

I have no problem with other countries/continents hosting the World Cup - but Qatar FFS! It's like the FA announcing that the next Cup Final will be played at Sixfields (and subsequently denying that Cardoza had been handing out backhanders).
