    CCFC Charity Partner

http://www.ccfc.co.uk/news/article/charity-partner-applications-1415-coventry-city-200614-1654991.aspx? Am I alone in finding this hypocritical: 'To be considered....your charity must be based in Coventry and Warwickshire, helping the people of Coventry and Warwickshire.' It's the complete...

SP: We've Made Offers, Just Waiting For Responses

Slightly closer to the truth: http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/sport/football/football-news/steven-pressley-confirms-coventry-city-7282013 - 'couple' of offers, not 'several'. Love this quote: '......as a football supporter you always enjoy the excitement of recruiting new players.....' -...

    Valuations of ACL

Because SISU had stopped paying rent, the terms of the YB loan had technically been broken. They didn't want to 'pull their loan in' - they wanted it restructured @ £15.5m.

    Valuations of ACL

I seem to remember ACL stating that they had reduced their initial reliance on CCFC by diversifying their income streams. Didn't they say that CCFC accounted for 17% of their turnover the last year that the rent was paid? By my unqualified calculation that means overall turnover with CCFC...

    Wishful Thinking....

Have just read this perfunctory article on the Beeb: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-coventry-warwickshire-27828838? However I love the phrase: 'In a judicial review brought by Sisu, Coventry City FC's former owner, the complainant argued the loan was an unlawful use of public funds.':D...

    The spin continues

I thought that CCC offered that deal months ago, only for Fisher to say 'we can't deal with them, we've moved on' or words to that effect. I personally can't believe anything from TF, ML, JS or any of them.

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

Believable I'm afraid. In the USA bible belt they have exhibits of white humans co-existing happily with dinosaurs. All three major religions believe in Creationism - Judaism and Islam denounce Evolution.

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

:thinking about:I think TF and ML were, yes, just like the official CCFC website that stated: 'The Judicial Review is expected to last three days and the club will publish court transcripts and the key points from the case at the end of each day. These transcripts, which will include the...

Judicial review thread - day 2

Yet YB were willing to loan £15.5m at a higher interest rate.......:thinking about: So if you lent me say £14,400 over 41 years and I paid you £19,500 in interest alone (so a grand total of £34,300) you wouldn't bite my hand off?
