Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

So yet another blatant lie that banks on us, the supporters, being as thick as pigshit. It's one of the things that pisses me off about this whole saga, the level of contempt the likes of fisher and labovitch have shown the fans. Treating us like mugs, like a lesser species whilst they pick...

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

Weren't fisher and labovitch big users of the 'this is why we're having the judicial review so things can be out in open for everyone to decide' Well it's for the judge to decide based on the evidence and the submissions and from what I've read, I can't see how sisu can win this?

It was who he had a few drinks that could have affected his impartiality, allegedly.

ACL qc addressed this, argued this case isn't for a European court. Eu didn't need to be told.

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

The fact that the sisu qc keeps saying about alternative options to the council just shows what this is about. Sisu are pissed off council took on the debt as it meant they couldn't get hold of the arena because council wouldn't sell to them and they burnt bridges with Higgs charity

Surprised they feel the need to put it on the website considering the amount of disclosure of events on twitter and forums like this. Oh wait it's so the CCFC/sisu side can be put across

    Judicial Review thread

And sisu (through CRBE) approached Yorkshire bank behind CCC/acl's back to negotiate buying the debt. It's like they are ok to so it but if someone plays them at their own game they don't like it.

    Judicial Review thread

Seems very shortsighted by CCFC to agree to rent and then within 4 months of moving in not being able to afford it. Maybe it was don hutchison and Dennis Wises wages that were the problem....;o)

Manhattan group backed away. Ranson and sisu were preferred over the last ditch attempt by Robinson to buy it

    Judicial Review thread

"An act of folly that drove club out of Ricoh" Mr fisher drove club out in his van he hired. Again, why should council securing financial future of Ricoh have anything to do with ccfc? Oh wait, they has to do it as CCFC withheld the rent that put them in that position...

A fact is a thing that is known or proved to be true. Fact!

Sisu will claim as fact that the council taking over the acl mortgage was a plan to get new owners of CCFC..... In reality the mortgage buyout has nothing to do with CCFC or about pushing sisu out. They're just sore because the council beat them to it buying the debt.
