    Higgs vs CCFC Court Row

Gives them more credence as witnesses, especially with jr coming up.

    Higgs vs CCFC Court Row

A Hostile takeover is what sisu were surely trying to start by approaching Yorkshire bank themselves were they not? As opposed to sensible adult conversations/negotiations over buying the share

    Higgs vs CCFC Court Row

CCC under no legal obligation I assume to tell sisu about negotiations over a mortgage for a council owned property?

    Higgs vs CCFC Court Row

Sisu wanted to buy the debt, council did it instead to keep Ricoh as a council asset. Sisu pissed off. Start of legal stuff and nasty tactics and getting personal.

    Higgs vs CCFC Court Row

I'd love to say dirty tactics, but when the evidence is there and clear (and perhaps favours the prosecution or, in this case the Higgs charity) all the barristers have is to discredit the witnesses.

    Higgs vs CCFC Court Row

I suspect they'll use anything they can to try and paint a picture of everyone but themselves being untrustworthy and underhand, and that they are 'poor sisu being bullied'

    Higgs vs CCFC Court Row

Belize case something to do with interpretation of contract law and stuff like that. Belize communications. Without reading into it too much it might be something to do with the various elements that are CCFC/sisu and their various connotations and how it relates to the contract?

Because we are still owned by the same company, because of the way assets were moved between companies prior to the admin, debts/loans weren't written off, and all the admin process was for was to break the lease.... We'll never know for sure, but had the admin gone ahead under the original acl...

Good luck with that....but I'll hazard a guess as a possible response... "It's all highs charity/acl/CCC/sky blue trusts (delete as appropriate) fault. We've carried out normal business practice in the best interests of the football club that needs to own its own stadium"

    Supporters consultative group minutes?

Just a thought on the Scg.... Perhaps when fisher spoke of consulting with the fans over the ground share, new stadium etc, what he did was consult with the 'consultative group' set up for that very reason, took the views of his lapdogs Jonathan strange, peter ward etc "yes tim fantastic job...

    Supporters consultative group minutes?

Be careful, she's a lawyer who specialises in social media..... Just read the minutes (or a summary of what was discussed), talk about them having a superiority complex. Seems to me that if you aren't in the inner sanctum of both committees then you are deemed to be lesser fans. That's the...

    Bad news for City fans

It's pathetic really. It's organisations such as the fa and the fl that give sisu/Otium/whoever the ammo to do what the fuck they like.

Sky Blues turn down accounts discussion

I do find it distasteful that labovitch is seemingly allowed to make slanderous comments, and both him and fisher make extremely hostile comments towards acl and the council, but the second anyone questions them they don't like it. It's as if they are trying to fool us oh to believing that...

Labovitch on BBC CWR at 6 tonight

One thing that bugs me is that when these clowns go on about the JR and the council paying off the acl mortgage, is how can that possibly have been a way to force the owners out of CCFC, to distress them? It secured the financial future of the stadium at a time when it's major tenant had refused...

CCFC Accounts - Your questions answered

How are CCFC going to repay it with crowds of less than 2000 every week? with another loan? Interesting points from osb58 re admin, but time and again fisher said the club is holdings.... But the football club as far as everyone else were concerned was is admin. If the football club weren't...

CCFC Accounts - Your questions answered

Just started a simultaneous thread on this, but.. Two things 1. They mention about the club being a going concern as normal for football clubs, but seemingly from osb58's summary there is a massive loan due to be paid back to arvo in December this year.....this is a real problem. 2. Sorry...
