    protests still a good idea?

I wonder why though. Is it the Portsmouth and Rangers situations? Is it because SISU are in talks with Hoffman?

    protests still a good idea?

I'm concerned that peoples' attitudes towards SISU have softened over the last couple of months. I'm not sure what the best action is but I hope SISU don't think that fans are content with them in charge and dragging us to League 1.

    Big ben

    Nice. :-D

    Bristol City

Agree with Duffy on this. Pompey's goal difference tells you their team is much stronger than ours. It could come down to injuries and which small squad can cope. No doubt if they get any the FA will let them get a quality loan from the Premier League - one that we couldn't afford! I really...

If Andy Thorn was Prime Minister

Great. Let's not mention It again - because there seems to be a revolt gathering of unreasonable morons who can't put things into perspective. Let's make my comment the last one on it :D

But then where will then one of Louie Spence go?

If Andy Thorn was Prime Minister

No no Otis, people get that you're taking the piss out of the guy claiming Andy Thorn should manage Leicester - it's just getting silly.
  8. @richh87

If Andy Thorn was in charge of Leicester

How do you know we're not? Judging by our previous managers who had double the budget i'd say we probably ARE!

If Andy Thorn was Prime Minister

The topic really is getting boring now. It's SISU you people should be after - not some guy trying his best with both hands tied behind his back.

    Big ben

:p 100%. Were you expecting Hiddink?

    Big ben

How did he 'prefer' McPake? You say some strange things to slag off Thorn. Why the wierd over the top agenda?

    Big ben

Blaming SISU is sooooooo 2011 - it's all about Andy Thorn these days. Don't bother thinking it through - just blame him ;)

    Manager problem or Club problem

Depends how much they cost really. I actually think they're ok players. Not What you'd want for a playoff push, but certainly championship level. Both of them are talented.

Survival? Sorry... but am I missing something

We are more than likely to go down That is because no other team lost around 10 players from their first team squad and replaced them with children. I don't think it'll be decided by the next 2 particularly. More so the games against our fellow strugglers.

    Manager problem or Club problem

There's nothing wrong with giving those guys new contracts as we can't afford to replace them. What should we do instead - get yet more youngsters into the team? After listening to Mourinho over the years and recently Dalglish I've learned that managers say things to motivate their squad...

    Manager problem or Club problem

Rob? :) Harry Redknapp lost his first ever game in management 7-0. People learn and become better managers - and that seems to be exactly what thorn is doing. Alex Ferguson was almost sacked because his first 4 years weren't good enough. The reason I say he's the man to build Is that he's...

    Manager problem or Club problem

I don't believe for a second that giving those two new contracts was his idea. I believe SISU did it to increase the book value of the squad. What's the man supposed to say "they've got new contracts but they're shite, however I have no players so will have to use them"? I also believe that he...

    Manager problem or Club problem

This thread's not about Thorn. And also you're massively unreasonable. A manager without his talent for spotting players would have us down by now. Thank god he got Nimely and Norwood in. One question - where do you think this squad would he under the previous 3 managers?

    Manager problem or Club problem

Brinner's alive! I thought Igwe & Seppalla had rolled you up in a carpet and thrown you off a bridge!

    Weren't Barnsley dreadful

They did in the middle of the Tesco Stand. Thanks for going around the entire ground and doing a survey.
