Boycott the ricoh, new protest until sisu out

Almost all of the home fans are season ticket holders. The reason we boycotted the cup game was to show SISU what their future income will look like if they continue to treat the club and It's fans like crap. If we get relegated and SISU remain then there will be a huge campaign not to buy...

Can you whisper in his ear to get a frigging move on :)

Boycott the ricoh, new protest until sisu out

People have paid hundreds for season tickets - so to ask us to boycott every gane probably won't work...

Death Of Darlington FC...A Concern ?

This being the Portsmouth that won the FA Cup and played in Europe recently? Poor bastards :pointlaugh:

    The board's view of Thorn

I imagine the board know that they have given Thorn a crap squad and can see that we're not being blown away by any team in this division - when we lose it's always by one goal. To blame the manager is to ignore the piss poor squad at his disposal. That said he doesn't have bags of experience...

    Save Our City

Put it this way - does anyone feel for the Blackburn supporters? No, not really - it's all overshadowed by their vile abusive treatment of Steve Kean. We need to be respected to have any credibility - so no swearing or violence. I imagine that will be the only boycott, as the majority of us...

    Save Our City

When things get violent or yobbish the mission statement loses all credibility. People out there will just think "scum".
  8. @richh87

    A big thank you

 Might be less depressing if we turn around from start to finish.

    The Thorn out people

So are the players, the people in the ticket office, the kit-man and the tea lady - LET'S GET THEM OUT! :)

    The Thorn out people

I don't understand your hatred of Andy Thorn. You come across like one of those Steve Kean protesters at Blackburn - some complete idiot angry at the wrong people. I say this because you ridiculed the protest yesterday. I think you might be a bit simple.

    A big thank you

Agreed. Now that we're out of both cups on purpose to er... 'focus on the league' only league games remain (where the majority have season tickets). SISU already have our money for those so something different is required. The more unusual the idea, the more media attention it'll get. Everyone...

    A big thank you

You haven't seen the articles by national newspapers then - or seen skysports news mentioning it several times, or Gillette Soccer Saturday's lengthy piece on it Saturday lunchtime then? This will only gather pace and get bigger too.

    Todays Protest Thread - LIVE

Yeah. I've no idea what those people are on. They see SISU killing the club before their very eyes, know that Hoffman has bid - and yet not only can't be arsed to join in, but have the nerve to criticize the protesters.

    A big thank you

Cheers Spagbol ;) T'was myself and Ginetta. Sucked not watching City - but losing made it easier. To Hackney and the others criticizing the protest - it was perfect. The numbers were good, it was peaceful and respectful, the media turned up so we'll be on TV and in the papers - just perfect...
  15. @richh87

    A big thank you

Fair enough. What would they need to do to get your support? When SISU turned up and 'saved us' from administration I greeted them with open arms as did 99% of people. They have let us down badly - but we don't have a crystal ball. I tend to support the club in any way I can - so new owners...

It's about what the pictures look like for the cameras really - and to be fair they will look like the protest was packed http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10150569035575746&set=o.50739830847&type=3&theater

How did you know about my thong?! :o But seriously - what was your preferred alternative to SISU at the time? Were we supposed to instantly protest against owners of which we knew nothing?
  18. @richh87

    A big thank you

Yes, well done Jan and the others - numbers looked good for the pre-match photographers. The thugs in Orange jackets didn't bother us at all either. Went off perfectly.

    Todays Protest Thread - LIVE

Don't think it will mate. We're no different to other supporters and they'll realise that. Just need to do whatever we can to force these bastards out. Today's protest was a very good start - got national media coverage and the good turnout for the cameras will ensure it's in the news again...
