    so wasps were involved ?

But you do care because if the case is proven it will impact on WASPs / Ricoh and CCFC. However if there is no case what's SISU's next strategy ?

    so wasps were involved ?

CCC approved SISU's ownership also. But as underhand as all this is, are we all just hoping for a favourable EC ruling because if that fails where do we go from there hoping WASPs continue to fail that may take years

    so wasps were involved ?

You mean Hoffman elliot etc.. Personally very disappointed they allowed WASPs in and been part of this dubious tactic, always saw the Hoff as a good guy

    so wasps were involved ?

why would you worry about who else would be involved with WASPs, they are owned like us by a hedge fund

    so wasps were involved ?

We are stuck between a rock and a hard place, WASPs/ CCC distressing the club however must remember how are current owners SISU were prepared to do that in 2013, do we genuinely believe for the next 2 /3 seasons with SISU as owners and WASPs at the Ricoh there will be good times ahead.

    so wasps were involved ?

No I don't just stating that there are interested parties not saying I want WASPs to buy the club.

    so wasps were involved ?

A consortium that includes WASPs as well as that Richard Overson is still interested in supporting a potential takeover

    so wasps were involved ?

not sure what you mean by that WASPs are in a financial mess, we're playing in B'ham next season, there are interested parties who want to buy the club we have owners who understandably won't sell at this point in time but maybe they could strike a deal for shared ownership (after the EC ruling)...

    so wasps were involved ?

This is just unbelievably frustrating, is there any possibility that CCFC could co-exist with WASPS as joint owners of the Ricoh ? PS before I'm accused of anything hate WASPs with a passion more than any other sporting club, Just want the club back in Coventry with decent owners

    Empathy, Empathy

No I mean CCFC, if you remove your SISU rose tinted spectacles, SISU got the club for free, took a punt on promotion to the premiership, invested money, failed, treated us fans disgracefully, northampton operation own goal, next season playing to crowds of 3-4,000, in Birmingham, are only hope...

    Empathy, Empathy

Joy mentioned in yesterday's SKY interview a new stadium. If the club ever move to a new stadium it won't be when owned by SISU. As far as I can see we are fooked, SISU have lost millions on their investment and they will try to recoup their losses an unless there is a huge purchase price for a...

    Empathy, Empathy

Whilst there seems to be something going on in the background consortiums, SISU doing publicity lets not discuss a new stadium being built under SISU's ownership as Al Pacino said in the Godfather before he has Carlo killed "it insults my intelligence" It's just noise, they are not going to...

    8th signing incoming?

I agree generally that our support is poor but 2 games that I went to and remember the home crowd being poor Arsenal had not won anything since 1979 but were having a good season and Stoke were a mid-table championship team 18 January 1987 Arsenal 0–0 Coventry City London Stadium: Highbury...

Why will they not sell up

Where SISU have been such poor owners is their PR especially in the early years but more recently their continued bull$hit about building new stadium - nobody believes them and all know its just part of their Ricoh grand plan. WASPS PR machine (with the CET CCC support) has allowed them a...

Why will they not sell up

Imagine if we had been taken over by a hedge fund that didn't have Ken Diddlydoo Igne or that Canadian who suggested we have texts to sub players. Imagine if we had a hedge fund that didn't pride itself on "battering people in court" Imagine if we we had owners who communicated properly with the...

Why will they not sell up

SISU got the club for nothing in 2007 threw a load of money at it to try to get to the premiership but after the end of the 2008/09 season stopped being a net investor. Since then they have been bereft of a clear strategy. They continue to own the club in the vain hope that they can recover...

Call to Arms first game of the season.

Been speaking to a lot of people over the last 24 hours genuine Cov fans and they're not going to Brum, most recognize that there is blame on all sides but they are so distrustful of SISU that they still ultimately blame them for our mess.

    Legends Poster

Was at the plumbing merchants on Swan Lane yesterday and saw this on display - not sure they are all legends but a few I couldn't put a name to. On the bottom row between Breen & Sheffers is that Grry gillespie when he returned in 94. On the bottom row on the end next to Sheffers - no idea On...
