    Cov v Stoke

Would be a left-field signing, if I'm being honest.

I do feel that we owe them for the opening day.

Whatever his original opinion was, it's just performative now.

No skin in this game, just enjoying the use of 'pellet' as an insult.

This. For one thing, Simms is poor at picking a spot in the corner when finishing. I thought he had a good game, though, and his hold-up play was excellent at times.

He was popping up everywhere and driving us forward, but his passing was off.

    How good is Sakamoto?

Looks like he's found his confidence again after his injury. It's no wonder that affected him; horrific way to get injured.

Jesus Christ. That was both really, really good, and really, really shit. Game management in injury time was terrible.

That's fucking terrible. Simms is shit a finding the corners. Why the fuck isn't Grimes or Eccles taking that?

We played really well, but I thought they attacked whenever they got the chance and looked dangerous when they did. Considering the disparities in squads, and us having home advantage, I thought thought they played well. Tbf, it was a cracking game with lots of quality involved.

Never understand why fans get into 'my club's bigger than your club' dick-waving anyway. Neither Coventry nor Oxford fans follow their team because of glory, and if you're bothered about supporting a big club, piss off and support Real Madrid, then.

    Frank or Mark?

True! But whether you do or not will ultimately have an answer, because after you die, we'll be able to say definitively whether you travelled to Mars or not. We're never going to win the 2024 FA Cup semi-final, so nothing can ever be said would definitively happen if we had.

    Frank or Mark?

But it's possible that this season would have been different had last season ended differently. It doesn't matter if you think it wouldn't be, you still can't make a definitive statement about something hypothetical, which is what you did. You can only speculate.

    Frank or Mark?

I don't know how many more times I'm going to need to say this. These were just hypothetical examples (however unlikely) of possibilities had things turned out differently. I used them to make a point (not clearly enough, obviously). They weren't necessarily examples of things I thought would...

    Frank or Mark?

Same response as to the other two: That's not the point.

    Frank or Mark?

It's the same fantasy world you are making definitive statements on, so why not?

    Frank or Mark?

Tell me you didn't understand the post without typing, 'I didn't understand the post'. The variables would have been different had we reached the cup final. You therefore cannot make definitive statements on what would have happened if we had. Because we didn't.
