Club night with Godiva and we were on a 30 minute continuous effort, up and down the hill on Westwood Business Park. Went through 5km in 19:20, and just about held this pace through to 30 minutes (with a distinct wobble with about three minutes to go) 11 miles for the session, and 4 uphill...

Funny that those who voiced a note of caution before the season started, that we weren't necessarily going to piss it this year..... were told we need to "believe" and "trust in Robins" Generally by the same people who are now suggesting we replace him.
