Not going to rate everyone but Lati played very well for the second game running. Commanding, good in the air and didn’t put a foot wrong from where I was but also at least two very good cross-field balls. Bobby played well but also made one terrible pass. Pleased to see Dovin keep another clean...
He’s a very good young talent who has done little wrong. He’s clearly under instruction to slow things down as his distribution has been decent. I think he’s one of the top prospects in the team who could go a long way. Good luck to him.
Simon Moore was brilliant initially and seemed a great bloke as well.
It made it all the more disappointing when he seemed to suffer the goalkeeping equivalent of the yips. Glad he’s back playing now and wish him all the best but we needed a new keeper when his form suffered.
I stand by what...
Listening to Lampard’s interview on the phone-in on Friday night, it sounded as though Kitching was in contention for the Millwall game but got sick and couldn’t train which ruled him out. Clean sheet and he’s back to square one.
Agree that he needs to be given a run now.
I’m surprised a derivative of Dancing in the Dark hasn’t been sung for EMC - was England’s best song at EURO for Foden. Something like:
Can’t start a fire,
Can’t start a fire without a spark,
Our winger’s on fire,
His name is Ephron Mason-Clark
Flying in and out for this one. Land at Brum at 10.45, taxi to the ground, Mahou Lounge, quick family visit and fly back at 19.40. Got my 14yo with me and she’s never seen us win including Stoke and Swansea this season. Hopefully ends today!
