We’ve had a shorter preseason than everyone else, and a lot of the players have only just come in. Give it a few weeks into the season and we will be back on track. It takes time to get up to match fitness and sharpness, it’s no coincidence both losses have come at the end of the games.

We were always going to take off players with a midday game on Saturday which is far more important.
