The trust can take a stance on something without telling people how to spend their money. Why not just make it very clear the trust does not think Wasps should be in Coventry.I’ll ask you for the second time today as I have many times before. What gives you, I or anyone else the right to tell people how not to spend their money? Was it right to do it when we were at Sixfields? I don’t personally think it is in either case.
IMO needs to be an official trust protest with the associated PR and push for people to attend. Otherwise, as we've seen with other protests, you'll end up with a handful of people and be completely ineffective.
A targeted trust campaign aimed at Wasps is a very different prospect for them to deal with compare to a handful of people turning up at one of their games to have a whinge at nobody in particular.
Off the top of my head I'd suggest getting 20K flyers printed (with professional design) stating some clear facts and the implication of Wasps stance. Pick a match and politely and without confrontation hand them out to Wasps fans.
Push to them that their clubs actions will mean the end of CCFC and with it a loss of income for Wasps both in terms of what we pay (there are many Wasps fans who think we pay £100K a year all in and that Wasps lose money by having us there), lost sponsorship (naming rights etc) and lost revenue for Wasps partners which I'm sure they will be penalised for (can't believe anyone would sign a contract with them without such a clause given the uncertainly).
Mobilise those in the media the trust have used before and try and get some traction nationally.
I have no doubt that some negative press for Wasps in the media and difficult questions from some of their fans, not to mention the impact on the bonds when lost revenue is publicised, will soon have them changing their stance
I don't think so much as telling people what to do/how to spend their money (although members of the trust do encourage people to NOPM).I’ll ask you for the second time today as I have many times before. What gives you, I or anyone else the right to tell people how not to spend their money?
Heard on the radio the other day that the bus gates, where they were told to replace the signs despite insisting they weren't misleading, now only have a fraction of the amount of penalties being issued.Has anybody from the Trust spoken to that Road Safety bloke? He has the council's pants down most days.
The guy is relentless.

That's Grendel for you.
He loves a good row. In fact, I think it is the only thing he likes.
He spends 99% of his time arguing on here and when you have simply had enough and walk away he sees that as some kind of victory.
Who’s that?

Jesus what a meltdown.
We as fans don’t have the millions of pounds to change anything. All this arguing is just tearing people apart. SISU and Wasps are in a position to see who blinks first and protests and sit ins are all very nice but will mean fook all.
Money talks and I’d love us to create a fund to buy SISU out etc but we are talking £10m which is beyond our reach and investors who have had a butchers already.
Fook em we have no choice but to just support OUR team to the end.
PUSB
I bet some individuals from the Canmango and SISU hierarchies are sat there reading some of the stuff we post on here and are having a bloody good laugh at our expense. Do they care about us at all?

Well dont expect any help from those on here that's for sure.Great idea. I’ll add it to the list. My initial thoughts would be to combine the two. What I would say is my open invitation is an opportunity for people to put themselves forwards to help us do something. We need good numbers so have to start somewhere. It should be sooner rather than later too as we don’t have many opportunities left to do it. How many home games are there left? 2? 3 maybe?
And at the first Wasps game both only had 5 people max turn up.Didn’t he protest against the council also?
So what if I did was it wrong to do so or should I have joined the queue to suck Tim's cock.Yeah I know you stood on the hill, well done
Would the trust have let you off your lead?So what if I did was it wrong to do so or should I have joined the queue to suck Tim's cock.
Can you point out what bullshit is pushed? You are more than welcome to correct things. And at the first Wasps game both only had 5 people max turn up.
These posters on here are a joke have done nothing but winger and cry but have organised nothing and turned up for nothing.
Let them believe the bullshit they push they will never change expect everyone to do their dirty work for them.
Let them now pick up their own shit.
So what if I did was it wrong to do so or should I have joined the queue to suck Tim's cock.

Grendel and co will scream and shout but won't come along that's for sure best just do it on your own 200 leaflets should be enough.
What in certain of is people like Eastwood and Duggins will be slipping your mates a few more free tickets and promising you all a seat at the top table at AFC Coventry
I hope you enjoy it
What the fuck are you talking about? So what if I did was it wrong to do so or should I have joined the queue to suck Tim's cock.
Did I say it was on the trust site no, did I say it was organised by them no, but for your information the 4 that turned up were all members of the trust. Can you point out what bullshit is pushed? You are more than welcome to correct things.
Have you posted the link about us having the 18th wage budget this season yet?
Let's face it, I had to explain to you who was boycotting out of your mates as you didn't seem to know.
People keep banging on about the council one, yeah the one that was meant to be before the game in the evening but got moved at about 10am to be about 2pm.
Can you post a link to the wasps one on the trust site?
I don't expect you will do either, you will try and have a remark about somebody asking you for links and that will be that.
Just being dragged down to the level of this thread. What the fuck are you talking about?

My Brother put it on here in a post invited the likes of you and torch etc but you never turned up not surprised really you are just talk.
You think you are the only one who has to go to work well sorry some of us took time off when we found out the council had changed the time.
Funny how you keep up with stuff when you want.
Well it's all water under the bridge now to little to late.
Just being dragged down to the level of this thread.
It seems ironic that the most vehement posters on here calling for protests against the council or Wasps have often been the same people moaning like fuck about how futile direct action has been against SISU. While Wasps and the Council have an indirect interest in the fortunes of CCFC, it is SISU who are charged with running the club and working for its interests, so surely its understandable why any protests will primarily focus on them. I also wonder how many of the posters on this thread, would be prepared to leave the comfort of their keyboard to effectively protest against the council or Wasps, if any such protests were organised.
Did it work? Have SISU gone? Did Wasps start fresh talks? Have the council apologised and given the club a good fair deal? Let me make if easy for you. No. You're pissing in the wind. Focus your energy on supporting the team. You do know there's a football club behind this political crap I assume? It us what we all joined this board to discuss many moons ago.Did I say it was on the trust site no, did I say it was organised by them no, but for your information the 4 that turned up were all members of the trust.

It seems to me that we have a few candidates on here who should stand for election onto the trust board.
As we stand at the minute sisu might well be gone by about May but so will our football club, well out of the EFL at least. From what I can gather Wasps ain’t going to blink.Did it work? Have SISU gone? Did Wasps start fresh talks? .
It seems you haven't really read it or aren't understanding it.
People are calling for pressure on all parties, why does that instantly translate to getting some pickets going?
People have no interest in thinking further than and about and shout.
Why do people insist on not really reading things, ending up with a conclusion that's miles off?
As I say to my three year old, forget what you don’t want, what do you want?
Whenever someone tries to pin you down it’s all “where have I said I want x??”
Do me a favour, answer this without any synonym for the word “pressure”:
What do you think should be done?
What action would you hope to result?
