At the end of the day, im a 17 year old with no job or car. I wont be able to go anywhere else. SISU arent taking the needs and wants of the clubs fanbase into account

What were you at the start of the day?

Dead my arse.

You sort it out with him then........Maybe you could buy him a 99 and tell him you regret putting him through this over the years. It could be a good time to bond and make him realise that you have a feminine side to you. :D

Dead my arse.

No not dead as such, but I'd say under SISU's "stewardship", the club is now approximately 47% Zombie; playing outside of the City would take it over the vital 50% "more Undead than alive" tipping point for me!

I don't think it'll come to that. I'm waiting for PH4 to do his stuff.

Do you reckon SP is happy with all the ''reassurances' he was given by Joy and Tim.... That call would make for some great listening....

Maybe for the first game and a bit of a pub crawl afterwards if the destination is doable by train, but im not going to do it every 'home' game. Not a chance.

Looks like a big NO

It was important to get this information to SISU.
Pity it was not 100%, but 10% yes only equates to a crowd of 1000.

Not an option in the long term.

That assumes that the 76% regularly attend home games. I would imagine quite a few will already be stay away fans.

We would get loads for the few first games but then the novelty will wear off. Would they issue season tickets for a different location?

Depends on how many and which players he has been told to get rid of on Sunday. May i add only hours after end of season bash.

If we're still in admin any player within contract will be an asset and sold on the cheap. Christie, baker, L Clarke, Murphy, moussa, fleck Etc Pressley to me is another thorn who just says yes sir how many pints sir. Robins on the other hand not a yes man and knew what was happening

18 people would travel to watch Northampton United.

That surprises me I must say.

At least they could get a coach with the 2 stewards

Robins jumped ship because he knew what was best for Robins. SP has been here for 5 mins and is taking flack because he was nieve enough to believe the assurance's he received from Sisu, it does'nt make him a yes man. Cut the guy some slack.

Only a small Poll on this site but cov mad is running another similar with only 8% currently voting they will get a season ticket no matter. How many other small polls that we dont know about have also seen similar results.
Being generous maybe 1 in 5 will be going next season if it isnt at the Ricoh, will SISU pay any attention or is all this just a bluff?

Yes but when 86 out of 100 votes are from the bloke that runs the site, it my be construed as a flawed poll.

He jumped ship because he knew what was happening off the field. I don't blame him one bit

Only 160 fans in total then on that logic.

I wonder how many of those who said they wouldn't go to an alternative ground actually attend The Ricoh?

I wouldn't go to an alternative home ground outside the city, and though I live in the city I don't mind admitting I don't often attend the Ricoh because every time I do I am reminded why I stopped going regularly:-

I eventually got fed up of many years of having most weekends ruined by crap games / results and being totally firkin miserable because it mattered too much
I got out of the habit of going after two long periods out of work
The Ricoh is shit to get to
The atmosphere at the Ricoh is crap
All in it costs more than I am prepared to pay regularly for the 'entertainment' served up
When I am tempted to return for big games we usually play shit, or as in the Crewe JPT game play well and still get stuffed

And just when Mark Robbins got me interested again despite all the above, shit happened again.

I can't see it coming to that, and it wouldn't feel right, but the players will need supporting where ever they play. I'd just see it as doing 46 away games in a season (although I don't make all the actual away games so wouldn't make it to all 46.)

There is no way that SP is a yes man FFS. He has history of being quite the opposite!!

Said already if we move for any length of time then we will no longer be COVENTRY City...I am so proud to come from Coventry and when I was young there was never an option for me as to who to support unlike the 'glory' fans at school who all supported Liverpool....I supported my home team. If they take us out of this city while they build a stadium out of this city that could take many years to complete then that's me finished...

This is easy enough. The answer is NO.

There will be some who would go and depending on just where it was in relation to the proximity of Coventry boundaries may sway opinion of course - if it was Kenilworth or Bedworth then sure I don't think there would be too much trouble in that, after all the Ricoh is a long way from Highfield Road? I also believe that the franchise is specific to the City the club is representative of, unlike the farce that surrounded Wimbledon/MK Dons a while back.

But in theory, no.
