I'd go with that. Someone is fighting for their "we batter people in court" reputation. Even though they don't win at any stage it show's they'll see it through to the end.

Couldn't agree more Tony, it shows other that they will go all the way to the end win or lose and what's the costs to that? Well we know it's already over a million so probably almost 2 million by the end of play.

What business would want to go head to head with that? Right or wrong it still costs a bomb. As goes the saying..... The only winners are the lawyers.
