Not sure but probably a bit harsh if accurate. Bakayoko has created chances for us closing down defenders/keepers in games, so he can and does put effort it. I think it's more lack of awareness as to what is the intelligent thing to do - where to run, how to create space etc. - so he just ends up standing there looking lost Chasing down a keeper doesn't require thought.
Walsall fans said he wasn't what you'd expect of someone who's 6'4'' (sorry, 193cm - we're ruled by the EU you know
) and his build. You expect a big bruising centre forward getting stuck in. That seems to be what MR expects from him and is frustrated he's not getting. But I can't see what other type of forward he is either to be honest - he not blessed with skill with the ball, he's not a poacher, he's not a quick player playing off the shoulder of the last man.....
IIRC the Walsall fans also said there was nothing wrong with his attitude - he was always willing to do the community aspects etc but maybe that's part of why he isn't this big bullying centre forward? He's just a nice guy and it doesn't suit his personality.
