The Bondholders dropped their case the day before on advice from their own lawyers

I presume this was before the announcement of King buying us and ‘offering £25m’ for the stadium. I think there were still Bondholders in attendance at court and pressure on the Judge not to sanction the sale to MA due to ‘higher offers’ potentially being available (Kings £25m).
