Here's an idea, what about only selling tickets in person at the ticket office with no on-line sales. First come, first served, proof of season ticket or away stubs.

Different game I know but 100% confirmed that supporters clubs get an allocation of tickets from the club.

£10 to join and guaranteed ticket apparentlyIt’s been known for a while that they get sorted out with tickets, don’t get the ongoing denial from the club?
We’re supposed to say ‘homeless’ now

Normally shouldn’t be an issue but when we have such a small allocation if they’ve been given any more than a handful then it’s a bit of a slap in the face. It’s been known for a while that they get sorted out with tickets, don’t get the ongoing denial from the club?

Sure, now we have a homeWe’re supposed to say ‘homeless’ now
It is true. But if you email the club certain employees are adamant it isn't. I have the emails still to prove it.That’s a joke if true.
The only thing I will say about a points based system is that it creates a sort of closed shop for away tickets at most grounds, which is fine I guess - but what about young lads 15/16 trying to start going to away games with their mates but not having any points to their name yet? Going to be very difficult for people like that to get tickets and will be a shame to block them out imo.

I know it is but I got told in an email, which copied in dave boddy and the ticket office manager, that it isn't true. Also been told several times that we can not choose seats yet clearly others can.Like I mentioned a message or two above Garry, that’s a clear fib for them to say that to you when Dave Boddy and L&W Supporters club members have mentioned on CWR phone ins that they have ring fenced tickets!

Sometimes (eg Blackburn and Hull) the front row or two are held back for restricted mobility supporters. Which is a pain because you can’t select them online, they never answer the phone and we don’t all live in Coventry! But yeah, if you want a front row seat you have to contact the ticket office (for some matches).Exactly which proves they get guaranteed tickets something I am told doesn't happen. Likewise not being able to choose seats even tho certain people are always in the same front row seats.....

Until i got to this part i was going to offer to take them off your hands to help your guiltNot that I'd even consider giving them up, obviously!
We were given front row at Hull but were told nobody can change seats they are given. They insist that the usual suspects must swap tickets each game to get the front row...Sometimes (eg Blackburn and Hull) the front row or two are held back for restricted mobility supporters.
